In the district of Lignano-Sabbiadoro 1.4 km from the centre of Sabbiadoro, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, in the residential district, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Sep. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, terrace. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Grocery, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bibione Thermae" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.
4-room terraced house 75 m2 on 3 levels. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the patio. Small kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 2 sleeping facilities. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. 2 small balconies, patio, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: safe. Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: Shower/WC on ground floor only accessible from outside. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax.

Tolles, preiswertes Appartement
Meine Familie und ich waren eine Woche im Holiday Village in einem Appartement. Es war ein richtig toller Urlaub. Das Appartement war super sauber, ganz besonders möchte ich das Badezimmer und das Außen-WC loben, selten habe ich wo eine so saubere sanitäre Einrichtung gesehen. Die Einrichtungen generell sind etwas veraltet aber es war alles funktionstüchtig. Der Pool direkt vor unserer Terrasse war ebenfalls ein Traum, wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und war angenehm warm. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus war sauber, super Lage, der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt und der Service war einfach toll! Nette Mitarbeiter, das leere Gas wurde innerhalb 30 Minuten nachgefüllt und jede Frage wurde im Reisebüro freundlich beantwortet. Nur etwas wenig Besteck, also scharfes Messer und Schäler selber mitbringen. Sehr gerne wieder!

UNterkunft ist in die Jahre ge...
UNterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Einsatz der Dusche im ersten Stock führt zur Überschwemmung des Badezimmers. Der Safe war nicht zu finden trotz 30 Minuten Suche. Teilweise war es nachts etwas lauter weil Jugendgruppen in der Anlage waren. In den Sommerferien sind viele Kinder in der Anlage. Anzahl der Steckdosen im Haus zu niedrig. Hier würde ein Mehrfachverteiler Abhilfe schaffen. Weg zum Strand ca. 30 Minuten. Ins Stadtzentrum ebenso. Lidl, INs Markt und Eurospar sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.Alles in allem empfehlenswert mit Abstrichen.

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wen...
Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wenigstens ein bisschen Toilettenpapier da gewesen wäre oder ein paar Müllbeutel. Aber sonst war alles sauber und auch ausreichend. Reisetipps: Die Kinderparks und der Luna Park ist zu empfehlen,und natürlich der Strand. Aber als Familie mit kleinen Kindern sollte man diese vielen Kinderspielhallen meiden, spart den Geldbeutel...grins.
