For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Eine sehr schöne Zeit in Giuggiolo!
Die Zimmer, der Garten, der Pool & Umgebung ist genau wie wir uns die Toskana vorgestellt hatten! Von Vorteil ist sicherlich ein Fahrzeug - aber dann erreicht man von dort aus sehr gut alles was die Toskana zu bieten hat! Besonderer Dank geht an Donato [ein Sprachwunder ;-) ] der mit seiner freundlichen passionierten Art unseren Aufenthalt noch verfeinert hat! Vielen Dank auch für die Weinverkostung an einem wunderschönen Ort mit leckerem Wein & Öl! Molte grazie e cordiali saluti da Berlino

Wir kommen wieder!!!
Altes Gemäuer, super Lage ausserhalb von Poggibonsi (so dass man auf PKW angewiesen ist). Im Stundenbereich ist von dort von Florenz bis Montepulciano alles gut erreichbar. Ein Sonderlob von uns für den Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar und zuverlässig war. Unvergesslich die Weinprobe auf dem Gut, wo er selbst arbeitet. Als stets gut gelaunt und mit viel Humor wird er uns ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleiben.

Tolle Urlaub!
Eine große, tolle Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einer Küche und einem Wohnzimmer. Großzügige Außenanlage mit großem Pool. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Man ist in kurzer Zeit in San Gimignano, Siena oder Florenz. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub!

Vacances apaisantes
L'appartement n'est pas super bien équipé mais est spacieux et bien décoré à l'ancienne. Le parc est magnifique et très bien entretenu avec une belle piscine. Le lieu est calme sur une colline à 4 km des commerces. Le leu est bien situé pour les visites des belles villes de San Gemignano, Certaldo, Sienne, Volterra, Florence, Pise, Lucques... Pour finir xxx est très sympathique et parle parfaitement le français.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, lediglich kleinere Ausstattungsmerkmale, wie etwas Spülmaschine in allen Wohnungen, fehlen teilweise. Sonst sehr gut geführt! Reisetipps: Ein Besuch der Innenstadt von Certaldo war für uns DIE Entdeckung, speziell am Abend mit Essen gehen in einer der traumhaften Restaurants..!

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sowie einen genialen Standort für die Erkundung der Toscana sucht – ist hier richtig! Die Unterkunft war sauber und eingerichtet typisch Toscana, eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt und ein fremder Hund nervt etwas. Dafür sind die Betreiber u. Besitzer sehr nett und kümmern sich sehr ums Anwesen mit Garten und Pool! Danke–nochmals! Reisetipps: Siena (Palio), San Gimignano, Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Certalto, Montecatini Terme, Volterra, Colleuvm.

Einkäufe in der Stadt planen, da die zwar fantastische und ruhige Hanglage wunderschön sind, jedoch die Steigung und der zum Teil nicht asphaltierte Weg nicht unbedingt öfter als unbedingt nötig gefahren werden will. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und geben gerne und gute Tipps. Es gab einen tollen toskanischen kulinarischen Abend. Reisetipps: BuonconventoCertaldoSiennaSt. Filipo – Therme!!!

Sehr schöne, großzügige Ferien...
Sehr schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung in einem sehr schönen fast 100 Jahre alten, sehr gepflegten Haus. Selbst in Dr Hitze bleibt es auch am Mittag in der Wohnung kühl. Drumherum eine wundervolle Anlage wie ein Park mit alten Bäumen, viel Schatten und einem tollen Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter/Verwalter kümmert sich sehr nett um alle Belange ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Auch das ein Argument, dass wir schon zwei mal da waren und bestimmt wieder kommen. Einfach perfekt um ein, zwei oder drei Wochen zu entspannen. Absolute Empfehlung! Reisetipps: San Gimingnano ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, am besten am späten Nachmittag / Abend hinfahren. Florenz, Sirma und auch Pisa sind alle in Tagesausflügen erreichbar. Und auch sonst rundherum einfach schöne Toskana. Vom Hsus selbst kommt man ohne Auto nicht weg, das braucht man also. Die nächste Stadt (Poggibonsi) ist nix besonderes, aber im nahegelegenen großen Supermarkt gibt es alles was man braucht.

belle villa, agréable où il fait bon vivre
Dans la chaleur de l'été, cette belle maison ancienne garde une bonne fraîcheur fort agréable. Le parc et la piscine sont très chouettes et nos voisins calmes et respectueux du lieu. Un tout petit bémol, on regrette l'absence de lave-vaisselle et lave-linge (mais ils ne figuraient pas non plus dans le descriptif)!
