Single-family house "Stali di Ettore", 2 storeys, renovated. In the resort Ovaro, 8.5 km from the centre of Villa Santina, 15 km from the centre of Tolmezzo, on a slope. Stepped path (8 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 80 m, restaurant 280 m.
3-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine) with small bar. Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

3 giorni come a casa e di più
Ottimo ambiente pulitissimo ben strutturato e il benvenuto graditissimo e gentilissima la ragazza alle informazioni. Sarebbe meglio il checkin un po' prima perché venendo da Milano avevamo bisogno di sistemarci subito e mangiare al caldo, nfatti non abbiamo mangiato bene in un posto tra l.altro indicato. L unico problema il gradino per entrare a parcheggiare a fianco nel prato, poi nella cameretta sarebbe meglio oscurare perché le tende non bastano. Da consigliare!

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Das Haus liegt zentrumsnah, die Hauptstraße ist aber nicht zu hören. Fußläufig sind Bars, Restaurants und Läden zu erreichen. Rad- bzw. Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist modern, alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Het huis is ons zeer goed bevallen. Het is fraai ingericht, groot en toch heel knus. We hebben er een prachtige week doorgebracht. Het enige minpuntje was de parkeerplaats. Deze is minder geschikt voor auto's met een lage bodem.

Tolles Haus inmitten des italienischen Lebens
Wir haben sehr schöne zwei Wochen in Ovaro verbracht und das italienische Flair sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt optimal nahe des Ortszentrums. Es ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Entspannte Wanderwoche
Die Unterkunft ist im Hinblick auf Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Eine Biertischgarnitur ist im Keller vorhanden . Allein die Mülltrennung speziell in Ovaro hat uns überfordert , es hängt die Anweisung unter dem Spülbecken - und ja,wer lesen kann ist im Vorteil ...

Tutto bene con qualche neo
La casa è molto confortevole e ampia, pulizia ottima e posizione tranquilla. Mancava però la lavatrice, la dotazione della cucina (coperchi, coltelli e pentole) non all'altezza, accesso al posto auto molto difficoltoso a causa di un cordolo sporgente rispetto al piano stradale.

Chalet in den friulanischen Bergen
Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort in einem idyllischen Dorf mitten in Karnien. Optimale Basisstation für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die friulanischen Berge. Restaurants, Bäckerei, kleines Geschäft etc. in der Nähe. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe gibt es vom Albergo Diffuso Zoncolan bzw. dem lokalen Tourismusverband auch ein ausgezeichnetes Starterpaket mit kleinem Frühstück für den ersten Morgen, Proben von lokalen Spezialitäten etc. - Sehr zuvorkommend!

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Große Wohnung mit viel Platz. Schöne Einrichtung und gut ausgestattet. Leider konnte weder der Pelletkamin noch die Zentralheizung eingeschaltet werden, trotz Außentemperaturen an einigen Tagen unter 15 grad. Auch auf Nachfrage keine Änderung. Die Innentemperatur war dann nur bei 19 grad. Trotz Satelliten TV auch nur italienische Programme.

Das Haus ist hochwertig und st...
Das Haus ist hochwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet, aber die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist minimal. Es fehlen Schüsseln, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle. Es gibt keinerlei Gartenstühle oder Liegen! Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist praktisch nicht nutzbar, da aufgrund falschen Gefälles das Wasser das Badezimmer flutet! Es gibt keine deutschen TV Programme, im Gegensatz zu der Beschreibung im Internet. Reisetipps: Wir waren auf einer Offroadtour mit dem Jeep, dafür ist die Region hervorragend geeignet. In Ovaro gibt es nette Lokale!

Very nice and spacious vacation home
It is a very nice and spacious house, situated in the town Ovaro between locals. Rooms are clean and big, kitchen has everything you need. There are almost no tourists in the region, which is quite nice. Supermarket nearby a few bars and restaurants and a very good region for hiking and mountainbiking.
