Private: well-kept garden 580 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Abwechslungsreich. Schön waren auch der Ausflug nach La Cadiere und die Europäische Küstenrudermeisterschaften am Strand von Les Sablettes.

Confort comme à la maison

Maison extraordinairement bien équipée (rien ne manque) et décorée avec goût, literie confortable, quartier très calme, aucun vis à vis. Un seul regret s'il en faut un : il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.
