Very beautiful, rustic cottage "Mistral", 600 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 1 km from the centre of Régusse, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Aups, 37 km from the centre of Draguignan, in a sunny position in the residential district, 70 km from the sea, 23 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'100 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace (80 m2). Storeroom available. Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 900 m, sandy beach "Fréjus" 70 km, bathing lake "Lac de Sainte Croix" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Moustiers Sainte Marie. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
"Mistral", 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Tolle Urlaubswoche
Wir haben den Urlaub in Regusse sehr genossen. Ideales Quartier zur Erkundung des Naturparks Verdon - ein Auto ist aber unerlässlich. Das Quartier bietet drinnen und draußen sehr viel Platz und man ist völlig ungestört.

Location conforme à l'annonce. La maison est située dans un petit village avec tout à proximité ( super U, boulangerie, pharmacie...). Belle terrasse avec piscine, cuisine bien équipée. Parfait !

Gute Lage in Regusse (in einer tollen Gegend). Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt und sehr netter Kontakt zum Schlüsselhalter (Nachbar) und zum Eigentümer. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Pool ist benutzbar aber in die Jahre gekommen. Enge Zufahrt, aber machbar (sind mit unserem VW Passat gut durchgekommen). Techn. Equipment ist leider (vor allem für unsere Kinder) sehr veraltet. Röhrenfernseher mit schlechter Qualität, Radio mit Kassettendeck und sonst nichts (kein WLAN war aber von Anfang an klar).

Gemütliches Haus zum entspanntem verweilen.
Das Haus und der Garten war wie in den Jahren zuvor sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einziges Manko war diesmal der Pool, mit dem die Verwalter einige Tage zu kämpfen hatten um ihn sauber zu bekommen. Er wurde wahrscheinlich Corona bedingt zu wenig benutzt. Das Haus hat dennoch alles was man braucht um einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Eine herrliche Gegend und sehr schöne Ausflugsziele erwarten ein dort. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden fall wieder besuchen.

Ferienhaus zum entspannen und wohlfühlen
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum baden ein. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Sofas, sie sind abgenutzt und das Rote löst sich langsam auf aber das hindert uns nicht daran wieder zu kommen.

Tranquil and relaxing
The property is just as described. It is 10 minutes walk from the small town and 20 minutes walk from the supermarket. There are couple of small cafe/bars, a pizzeria, and a patisserie . Also a small convenience store. The town is famous for its windmills which are beautiful to look at and I believe one is still working. The location is perfect for exploring the gorge du verdon and nearby towns. A car is a definitely needed. The villa itself has it's own pool which is surrounded by bushes and trees so makes it very private and secluded. The caretaker comes once a week to clean the pool out but It needs cleaning every day as the leaves blow in every night as do the insects. The caretaker has to walk through the house to get to the garage to access the pump for the pool because there is no key for the garage door. As he comes when he feels like it this counteracts the privacy because he can walk in any time. I strongly suggest a garage key is acquired so the caretaker has no reason to enter the property whilst people are staying there. The property would definitely benefit from wifi as the mobile is reception few and far between so to use our mobile data was not always possible. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyed all the facilities on offer. Overall we had the perfect relaxing holiday

Jolie maison situee a la sortie du village a 15mns a pieds du centre. A noter qu elle est au bord d'une route bruyante en raison de la vitesse des automobiles (surtout le weekend mais ce n'est pas l autoroute non plus...). Location conforme a l annonce. Lits confortables et matelas fermes. Le canapé dans une des chambres se déplie, plusieurs lattes sont manquantes et c est un matelas mousse mais suffisant pour une jeune ado. Cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons surtout profité de cette belle terrasse et apprécié la piscine sans vis à vis. Par contre l odeur de la pompe au fuel située au garage est désagréable, on a laissé la fenêtre de la cuisine constamment ouverte. Electricité non incluse dans la location... (!) Nous avons réglé 23€ pour la semaine. Pas de wifi. Tres bon accueil et disponibilités appréciées de xxx.

heel goed huis met perfecte ke...
heel goed huis met perfecte keuken het zitcomfort in de woonkamer laat veel te wensen over, slechte tv. onderhoud zwembad slecht. gaan toch graag weer terug (...) Reistips: was voor ons een memory–tour. heel veel te zien en beleven.
