This 4 bedroom house: Bedroom 1-King, Bedroom 2-1 Queen, Bedroom 3 and 4 each have one Full and one Single bed as well as 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Fully fenced yard, perfect for children and pets/with non refundable pet fee. The front porch is screened and has tables and chairs so you can enjoy time outside. The house has a grill, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen and beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. There are ceiling fans and tv's in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Enjoy dinner or cocktails on the roof top deck and view spectacular sunsets! We also own the Sunset Hideaway house next door. Check it out on vrbo property no. 487493. Great for a large family reunions or get togethers. Summer rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

One of my most favorite Sunset Beach Houses!
I have stayed at this one many times, and also her other property next-door, and she is one of the nicest hosts. I love this house for being friendly to dogs, and my family has come here with me before too. We all enjoy the upstairs rooftop deck.. it’s close enough to walk to the Bird Island mailbox/ jetty as well.

Overall the property is very nice, short walk down to the water awesome space outdoors to sit and relax after a day on the beach nice fenced yards for our furry four legged family members. Owners were super responsive when we had any questions or concerns will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Peaceful relaxing location. Perfect for a getaway. Everyone had a great time. Something for everyone. All within short distance. The dog may have enjoyed the trip the most. House had everything we needed and more. Renee was always available to answer question, she also asked how stay was going. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Perfect Spring Break Retreat!
Our first time at Sunset Beach but it won't be out last! We took the kids and grandparents for a family spring break retreat. The house is no frills but very comfortable with all the necessities. We loved the front porch and the widow's walk. Five stars!

Thanksgiving getaway
We enjoyed the Rosegarden during Thanksgiving 2022. It was roomy and comfortable Priced according to throwback/vintage furniture and decor. The property was fully fenced and made Thanksgiving complete as we were able to bring our family dog.

I love this house!!
It has it all. There is a fence for the dogs, so I can let them out to go potty, without having to walk my elderly girls on the street. 4 nice bedrooms, 3 of these have tvs, that was a bonus! And the rooftop deck for stargazing, was really a favorite of mine. There are 4 different large tables for gathering… one on the lower garage area for grilling, one on the back deck, one inside, and one on the screened in front porch. We just loved it! I will be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because one of the bedspreads (king bed) had blood on it and that didn’t make us feel warm and fuzzy. Our little dog LOVED the fenced in yard and the rooftop deck. Would definitely consider staying here again and do recommend.

Our family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach since 1977. My daughters and I bought this house in 1998. Sunset Beach is our favorite beach of all the beaches we have visited and is on list as best beach anywhere. We are from Virginia but Sunset Beach is our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Our house is located down toward the end of the island away from the traffic at the pier and Sunset Blvd. It's a quieter area and is safer for kids and pets. The beach is a short walk and is also less crowded than other parts of Sunset Beach. Our house is very affordable and is large enough for 2 families.


What makes this property unique

Pet friendly. Having dogs ourselves we understand how nice it is to be able to bring your fur babies and not have to leave them home or kennel them. One of the only houses on the island with a fenced yard making it great for children and pets. If you have time and like a good walk check out the Kindred Spirit Mail Box near the jetties. If you like to gamble check out the Big M casino boat that leaves from nearby Little River, SC.
