Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger Umgebung. Da wir Tiere lieben, gefiel uns der kleine Bauernhof der Vermieterin sehr. Sie war immer da, wenn wir fragen hatten und bemühte sich sehr um unser Wohl. Reisetipps: Der Wochenmarkt von Langeais bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wer Pilze mag, sollte unbedingt einen Pilzkeller besuchen

Maison conforme à ce que l'on attendait. Cadre très calme et reposant. La propriétaire est extrêmement charmante et aux petits soins. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, elle nous a bien conseillé sur les divers activités.

Wir haben Anfang August 2019 eine Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten, rustikalen Ferienhaus, das am Rand des Dorfes Huismes, 10km vom schönen Chinon entfernt, in ländlicher Umgebung liegt, verbracht:Positiv:- Sehr großer Schlafraum im EG mit breitem Doppelbett- Großer Schlafraum im OG mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett- große überdachte Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen; Blick nach Westen Richtung untergehende Sonne.

Sehr günstig gelegen für Ausflüge

Wir waren eine Woche Mitte September in Huismes, das Wetter war perfekt, und das Haus hat DIE ideale Lage, um von hier aus die vielen Schlösser in der nächsten Umgebung zu besichtigen. Durch die geringen Entfernungen konnten wir täglich zwei sehen. Vor allem die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Kombination aus Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist etwas beengt, da hier viel Mobiliar untergebracht ist. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung (auf einem sehr schönem ruhigen Dorf). Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Hausbesitzerin. Wir waren schon 2x in dieser Wohnung! Reisetipps: Ausflüge: alle sehenswerten Schlösser, Städte (Tours, Angers), Höhlen - Wein, Pilze, Tuffstein. Lokale in naher Umgebung! (Bourgueil, Azay)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich emp...

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr freundliche Frau, die gut Englisch spricht. Reisetipps: Den Tipps und Hinweisen unserer diversen Vormietern ist nichts hinzuzufügen.

Eine tolle Atmosphäre im Haus ...

Eine tolle Atmosphäre im Haus und ausser Haus. Mitten auf dem Land mit Ausblick auf die Ebene von Chinon, um einen herum Pferde, Hühner. Ganz klare Luft, nachts sieht man sogar die Milchstraße. Reisetipps: Bäcker, Bar (bis mittags auch Essen) und Restaurant im Ort empfehlenswert, da hier auch viele Einheimische essen. Winzer direkt hinter dem Restaurant.Saumur fanden wir mittags mit Markt auch sehr sympathisch.

While staying at Huismes you l...

While staying at Huismes you live in a well renovated former farm house. The house is well equipped, you will everything you need to enjoy holidays. The village is a small one and as such the location is perfect for people who like to stay in a rural atmosphere. You forget about traffic noise and crowded areas with people in a rush. The spacy ground in front of your terrace will be the place to sit in the afternoon. The owner of the house lives close by, is very responsive, if needed, an is fluent in English. There are no problems to communicate or to stay on your own. It is a place we will surely remember with a good feeling. You are close to famous places to visit, but you are also clearly separate from touristic centres and deep in France.
