In the house: restaurant, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking at 50 m on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Laimach Talbach" 600 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 2.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Breakfast and half board must be requested when booking, these are not included! The owner sometimes uses a room on the ground floor. Not disturbing for the guest!
