Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Mar. - 02.Nov.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 30 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Biron 7 km, Château de Bonaguil 10 km.
