Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 24 km. Hiking paths: GR34 2 km.
"Gwenn", 3-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and wood-burning stove. Kitchenette (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 bed and 1 french bed (140 cm). Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Maison non conforme
région superbe. Beaucoup de belles randonnées et visites. Nous avons apprécié Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée. Maison non chauffée et très froide et humide espace de vie réduit le rez de chaussée qui est désuet le confort est à revoir aucune penderie pour les vêtements les chambres sont spacieuses pas d'extérieur regrettable et pas de parking proche très peu de contact avec la propriétaire

Séjour a Paimpol
Maison agréable et bien aménagée, proche de Paimpol. Mais pas de jardin attenant, et pas de place de parking devant la location. L'espace prévu à cet effet se trouve à 300 mètres dans un champ. Cela peut-être gênant l'été ! Autre point négatif : le canapé qui est très inconfortable !

Petite maison de charme et de caractère
Petite maison mais agréable, confortable et jolie décoration. On y trouve l'essentiel même s'il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de rangements dans les chambres. Endroit très calme mais tout de même assez près des commerces, ZAC et centre ville Paimpol. Seul défaut, l'absence de jardin attenant, certes un espace avec très belle vue sur la mer mais à 30/50m de l'autre côté de la route : peut-être pourrait-on mieux en profiter avec un vrai mobilier de jardin (transat, tables et chaises pour 6) ?

Originelle aber alte Einrichtung
Leider war es nicht möglich die Vermieterin vor dem Aufenthalt zu kontaktieren. Sie hat sich dann nach nach einiger Zeit gemeldet und erklärte, dass aus technischen Grunden sie meine Email nicht bekommen hatte. Das Haus mit der Nummer 32 liegt gegenüber das zu vermietenden Haus. Ins Gesamt ist das Haus viel dunkler und kleiner als die gezeigte Abbildungen.Die Geräte in der Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen und einiges fehlt z.B. Deckel für die Töpfe.

Le minimum pour un séjour. Un jardin à 100 mètres et en dehors de la maison, pas très pratique. Fenêtres d'une chambre condamnées. Dans l'ensemble suffisant pour une semaine.
