Un bon moment

Positifs Un endroit charmant à morlaix. Maison près du centre à pied. La demeure est superbe et les équipements au top. Frigo américain, cafetière expresso etc… Négatif Terrain en pente peu utilisable. Problème poubelle, pas de ramassage. Vous devez les descendre vous même en ville.

Liebe auf den zweiten Blick

Nach der ersten Skepsis wegen dem schmalen Tor und der bei Regen etwas rutschigen Auffahrt, haben wir uns in dieses Haus verliebt. Es ist modern, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, was wir während unseres oft verregneten Aufenthaltes sehr zu schätzen wussten. Alles war sauber und funktionstüchtig, auf der Terrasse waren ein paar Platten lose, hat aber nicht wirklich gestört. Voll ausgestattete Küche, große Dusche. Der Glasboden im ersten Stock war faszinierend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus - tolle Ausstattung

Wir haben 2 Wochen als Familie in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Top Ausstattung mit XXL-TV inkl Soundbar, Top-Internet (unsere Kids waren happy :-)) und einer einfach super schönen Ausstattung. Gerne wieder!!!

Tolles Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist super ausgestattet z.B. mit einem XXL TV inkl Soundbar im Wohnzimmer. Super schnelles Internet mit 3 Routern im Haus. Unsere Kinder waren im Glück. Und was ganz wichtig für einen schönen Urlaub ist - eine super Küche. Riesen groß mit allem was man braucht. Einfach super das Haus. Und ja, die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist eng und steil. Aber es geht gut und man kann direkt am Haus parken. Zusammengefasst: toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus in der tollen Region! Danke!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Haus

Ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem fußläufig ins Zentrum (z.B. 900m zur Touristinfo). In wenigen Minuten ist man auf der route nationale um Ausflüge Richtung Küste oder ins Hinterland zu machen. Sehr gute Internetverbindung, das WLAN ist jedoch teils sehr schlecht.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz! Riesengroßer Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht. Tolles „Eltern“-Schlafzimmer mit einem traumhaften Bad. Vier Schlafzimmer insgesamt und ein absolut cooler Glasbodenflur im 1.OG. An manchen Stellen im Haus ist es etwas „pröddelig“ und die riesige Fensterfront (Südseite) kann man toll öffnen, sie hat aber leider weder eine Gardine noch Rollo oder Markiese. Daher scheint die Sonne immer ungehindert ins Haus.

Geräumig, modern und sehr komfortabel !

Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, die Räume sind top gepflegt, sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. TV in allen Zimmern! Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet bis hin zur Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Besteck und Geschirr in tadellosem Zustand und in reichlicher Menge vorhanden. Das Anwesen liegt in einer ruhigen Villengegend am Hang und ist vollkommen uneinsehbar durch die hohen, alten Bäume. Die Schnellstraße ist in der Ferne hörbar, man kann aber bei offenem Fenster ohne Probleme schlafen.

Magnifique maison!

Nous venons de passer une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique maison. L'intérieur est moderne et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans le lieu de vie mais aussi dans les chambres. La maison est très bien équipée, complète; la vidéothèque est impressionnante; le dressing est très bien équipé; les salles de bains sont très agréables. On peut cuisiner sans problème, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, c'est très appréciable. Le centre de Morlaix est accessible à pied. Génial!
