Leider war die Sauberkeit nich...

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so wie wir es uns wünschen würden. Die Erreichbarkeit / Straße u.ä. war auch ebenfalls grenzwertig. Was sehr gut war, die groß Stille mitten in der Natur und ein Hunde–Paradies. Wenig Verbote und gaanz viel Freiheit für alle. Sehr freundliche Mitmenschen, Grillen zirpen und tolle Sonnenaufgänge. Reisetipps: Wer wandern möchte, sollte Erfahrungen mitbringen, Wanderwege sind in der Entwicklung. Dafür grandiosen Weitblick und Florenz und das Chainti–Gebiet in der Nähe. Sehr guten Wein und frisches Gemüse vom Bauern um die Ecke. Für alle Hundehalter ein Paradies, da es wenig Verbote und ganz viel Schnupper gibt.

vom 23.–27.10.2018 waren wir in der Toskana, Ferienwohnung Hauscode: FNZ122Nach der gut 11–stündigen Anreise aus Thüringen mit dem eigenen PKW erreichten wir endlich unser Ziel. Ganz ehrlich???Die letzten 1,5 km waren schlimmer, als die 1000km vorher. Eigentlich ist die Zufahrt nur mit einem Jeep zu bewältigen, aber auch der wäre wegen seiner Breite ehr ungeeignet. Ich finde es unverantwortlich, diese äußerst gefährliche Zufahrt nicht in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen. Lediglich das Wort "Schotterstrasse" deutet auf eine unbefestigte Strasse hin, ältere und ängstliche Fahrer hätten wohl ein Riesen Problem.Auch der Empfang der italienischen Gastgeberin war sehr unfreundlich. Kautionszahlung, Kurtaxe und unsere Pässe waren leider ihr einziges Gesprächsthema. Zudem konnten wir weder in Englisch noch Deutsch mit ihr kommunizieren.Letztendlich haben wir das Beste aus den paar tagen gemacht, das Wetter war super, die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich.Die Toskana ist ein wunderschönes Gebiet mit sehr freundlichen Menschen,...mit der Unterkunft haben wir eben Pech gehabt. Reisetipps: Florenz, Pisa, Siena ist es wert, besucht zu werden!

Ferienwohnung in toskanischem Landschaftsidyll

Hervorragende Atmosphäre: liebevolle und sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, sehr gute und neue Ausstattung, großzügige Wohnungen, Naturidyll, Kräutergarten, Pool, Olivenhaine, Ruhe pur, tatsächlicher weiter Blick über Florenz, alle 30 Min ein Bus... allerdings erst von der Hauptanbindung (15 Min. Fußweg - wer zu Fuß gehen möchte). Einzig der schmale, holperige Weg zum Objekt selbst ist bei Gegenverkehr (selten) mit dem PKW eine Herausforderung. Vielleicht ist aber auch das genau ein Abenteuer. Ein Auto ist dringend nötig. Alles ein Genuß direkt vor dem kulturellen, sehr lebendigen Florenz!

Calme de la campagne aux portes de Florence

Propriété très calme, aérée et reposante. Cependant, difficile d'accès avec un long chemin étroit de 2 Km parfois en gravillons. Très belle vue sur Florence depuis la piscine très appréciée, tout comme les produits du terroir disponibles sur le site auprès des habitants. Difficulté de contact si on ne parle que le français. Transport vers Florence par bus (station à 2 Km du logement) recommandé. Logement insuffisamment éclairé naturellement. Couchage de mauvaise qualité.
