Small, simple house "Calvello". 7 km from the centre of Roselle, 5 km from the centre of Grosseto, 20 km from the sea, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), trees, natural garden. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 20 km. Riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Siena 70 km.
2-room house 48 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, radio and heating stove. Exit pergola. 1 room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm), satellite TV and international TV channels. Open kitchen (mini-oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Heating. Barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Please reserve linen in advance if required.

Een klein huisje in een grote tuin
Vrolijke en enthousiaste begroeting, huisje beetje vol en verouderd, veel serviesgoed en pannen, beetje donker (binnen altijd licht aan) , en klein (slapen op vide of slaapbank en geen douchecabine dus worden ook wc en bidet nat), tot rust komen vooral genieten van de heerlijke uren in de mooie grote tuin! En mooi wandelen in de Maremma.

La nostra idea di vacanza!
Questa casa ha rappresentato la nostra idea di vacanza. Immersa in un bosco della maremma toscana, lontana dal frastuono e dal turismo di massa, ma comunque vicina e a pochi minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali come supermercati, farmacie, ristoranti. Si trova in un punto strategico per visitare i più bei paesi della Toscana e a pochi chilometri dal mare (18 minuti di auto per arrivare alla spiaggia libera, compresa quella per cani). La cosa più importante per noi era il giardino: avendo un cagnolone poco socievole con gli umani causa passato burrascoso, dovevamo poter contare su uno spazio recintato. E che giardino ha questa casa! Un terreno di proprietà completamente recintato, ombreggiato da alberi, ulivi e vegetazione in abbondanza dove il nostro Semola si è goduto il suo personale resort a 5 stelle. La casa è molto carina, essenziale e ben fornita di tutto, fresca anche di giorno, tenendo conto che la sera le temperature calano e si respira un senso di pace assoluta. I proprietari molto gentili e cordiali (come tutti i toscani del resto) ci hanno accolti calorosamente e li ringraziamo di cuore per il presente che ci hanno fatto a fine a vacanza! Per chi non è abituato alle casa di campagna forse potrebbero spaventare un po’ delle piccole cicale, lombrichi e animaletti notturni assolutamente innocui, ma per noi invece era la prova di essere davvero in mezzo alla natura. Quando torneremo in Toscana sappiamo già dove andare ♥️ Grazie!

Schönes, rustikales Haus mit viel Garten
Wir waren dort für 12 Tage mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist typisch rustikal, ein Luxusbad darf man hier nicht erwarten. Das Bett war bequem. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch Küchengeschirr, Teller, etc. Der Garten ist riesig, umzäunt und gepflegt. Morgens und abends recht viele Mücken. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und herzlich. Da wir viel zu früh angekommen sind, durften auch ohne Probleme früher einchecken.

Nettes Haus mit tollem Garten
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem netten Häuschen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der komplett eingezäunte Garten (super, wenn man mit Hund reist) mit Außendusche. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, Check-In und Check-Out haben wunderbar funktioniert. Hier kann man wirklich eine entspannte Zeit verbringen, auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Quasi direkt nebenan gibt es auch einen kleinen Stand, an dem Gemüse, Wein und Olivenöl verkauft wird.

Alles schon etwas älter
Das Inventar im Haus ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartenliegen waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Stühle waren aus Plastik und für längeres Sitzen nicht so gut geeignet. Die Dusche im Bad ist soweit in Ordnung auch die Toilette und das Waschbecken waren i.O. Der Boiler ist mit 30 Litern etwas knapp bemessen. Das Schlafzimmer war soweit in Ordnung das Bett und die Matratze waren perfekt Allerdings muss gesagt werden für 4 Personen ist es alles etwas knapp. Mit Hund perfekt.

Sehr guter Erholungswert
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Keine Nachbarn. genau richtig wer Ruhe sucht. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und komplett Eingezäunt genau richtig für Hunde. Natur pur. Die Straße die am Grundstück vorbei führt ist Tagsüber mehr befahren Abends weniger. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder dort hinfahren. Es müßte in dem Haus einen hinweiß geben wie man in Italien den Müll entsorgt.

Tutto perfetto, la casa è completa di tutto quel che necessita...la posizione è tranquilla e l'enorme spazio esterno alberato che la circonda è completamente recintato, offrendo cosi un ottima soluzione per chi come noi viaggiava con 2 cagnolini. La possibilità di poter prendere indisturbati il sole in giardino,fare una grigliata all'esterno bevendo una birra fresca non è da poco...I proprietari disponibilissimi e simpaticissimi. E cosa importante,sei vicinissimo a tutto.Consigliatissimo.Ivan

Una bella casetta per rilassarsi
Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dai proprietari di casa, che si sono subito dimostrati molto gentili. La casa è immersa nella Maremma (quindi non spaventarsi per qualche insetto, ragnetto o cicala) isolata, pertanto si può godere della pace della natura. Ideale per staccare la spina immersi nella maremma e non molto distanti da località quali il parco della maremma, Grosseto con il suo Duomo o le spiagge toscane. Lo consiglio a chi è stanco dei suoni della città.

c'est un coin de paradis agréa...
c'est un coin de paradis agréable à vivre avec toutes les commodités. Très fonctionnel et discret car très arboré et doté en été d'une douche extérieure très agréable.On a apprécié le barbecue extérieur et la paix du lieu très tranquille. Une grande envie d'y retourner ! un rapport qualité/ prix remarquable. Mais surtout un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires qui nous donnent d'excellents conseils pour toutes les visites environnantes et les bons lieux pour se restaurer. Conseils de voyage: Pour découvrir toutes les beautés du lieu, 2 semaines ou plus sont nécessaires : les sites archéologiques étrusques, les " Maremme ", l'ile d'Elbe et tous les villages maritimes historiques qui sont tellement pittoresques.

Wir haben den Urlaub als Paar ...
Wir haben den Urlaub als Paar mit unserem Hund verbracht. Daher war uns das eingezäunte Gelände rund um das Haus das Wichtigste. Da gibt es für die Fellnasen viel zu entdecken und jede Menge Schattenplätze. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zu kochen. Die Küchenzeile beinhaltet alles was man grundlegend benötigt. Für uns völlig ausreichend. Es sind 4 Schlafplätze vorhanden. Deutsche TV– Programme waren zu empfangen. Das Bad ist so wie in den südlichen Ländern üblich einfach ausgestattet, aber völlig ausreichend. Wer Ruhe, Erholung und Entspannung inmitten der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Am liebsten haben wir die Gartendusche genutzt. Obwohl diese sehr einfach gebaut ist, haben wir diese sehr gemocht. Wer Luxussucht, sollte lieber ein Sterne–Hotel aufsuchen.Die Vermieter haben sich sehr viel Mühe mit der Organisation der Schlüssel Übergabe und der Endabrechnung gegeben. Reisetipps: Obwohl man sich so fühlt als sei man weit weg von Hektik und Konsumgesellschaft, ist man mit dem Auto in rund 15 – 20 min am nächstgelegenen großen Einkaufszentrum Aurelia Antica Centro in Grosseto. Ebenfalls ist LIDL nur ca. 12 Minuten entfernt. Vom Haus 5 min zu Fuß gibt es einen Obst– und Gemüsehändler, welcher auch Wein aus eigenem Anbau verkauft. Zum Hundestrand waren es ebenfalls ca. 18 Minuten Autofahrt.Wir bedanken uns bei den Besitzern, dass wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in ihrem Casa verbringen konnten.

Très belle maison au calme, id...
Très belle maison au calme, idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et chaleureux. Tout s'est très bien passé ! Le jardin est grand, beau et à l'abri des regards. Je recommande sans réserve cette location ! Conseils de voyage: Superbe région riche en activités et loisirs : agrotourisme, randonnées, ruines étrusques et romaines à roselle, nombreux villages avec des monuments historiques aux alentours. La plage est situé à 10km et nous sommes à 60km de Sienne et à 1h environ de Florence. La campagne elle même est très belle.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes...
Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison. Elle est idéalement située à quelques kilomètres de la ville pour faire quelques courses, mais aussi à moins de 25 minutes de plages absolument propres et bien fréquentées. La maison en elle–mêmeest très chouette. Bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La décoration est simple mais choisie avec gout. L’extérieur est très agréable, notamment le soir. L’intérieur avec la grande table dans la cuisine permet de partager des moments merveilleux. La literie est plus que correcte. Les sanitaires sont propres et pratiques. La maison est installée au pied d’une colline aux allures encore sauvages. L’endroit est calme. Cerise sur le gâteau : un marchand de fruits et légumes estinstallés à cent mètres à peine de la maison. D’ailleurs, les marchands sont très sympas !Bref, une location avec un rapport qualité/ prix incomparable. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très charmants et super sympas. Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances réussies en couple ou en famille. Conseils de voyage: La région tout simplement très belle. Les habitants et les commerçants sont très accueillants. Très compréhensifs sur notre italien plus qu’approximatif, les restaurateurs à chaque fois prenaient leur temps pour nous expliquer au mieux. La circulation est simple et fluide. Les routes ne sont surpeuplées, même en pleine saison ! Nous avons jeté notre dévolue sur les plages de Castiglione della Pescaia, à moins de 30 minutes de la maison. Les plages sont superbes, calmes, et propres. Une cité médiévale (magnifique à visiter la nuit) surplombe la mer. cette région n'a pas fini de nous revoir !! ;)
