For shared use: garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with meadow, orchard. Private: terrace, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 250 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Viareggio" 10.4 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 8.4 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 17 km, Pietrasanta 10 km, Marina di Pietrasanta 12 km, Lucca 33 km, Carrara Cave Fantiscritti 46 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km.
