Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Marina di Pisa" 43 km. Nearby attractions: Viareggio 41 km, San Giuliano Terme 23 km, Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 23 km, Firenze 70 km, Montecatini Terme 27 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 101 km.
