Schöne Lage, altes Haus
Ein schönes Haus, dass in die Jahre gekommen ist, so auch die Ausstattung. Der Unterhalt ist vernachlässigt worden. Es viele kleine Sachen, die gemacht werden sollten. Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Nur die Anfahrt ist sehr kurvig. Sauberkeit Badwanne/Dusche mangelhaft. Sehr freundliche betreuung. Sonst alles gut.

Schöne Aussicht
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. es zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Was uns gut gefallen hat, war die Einrichtung der Küche „Alles“ da, sogar scharfe Messer zum Brot schneiden. Was wir bei bisherigen Unterkünften vermisst haben. Eine Sache wäre noch gut wäre: ein Toaster. Was besonders hervorgehoben werden muß, war das schöne Panorama beim Essen, im Garten. Diese Aussicht, bei guter Sicht sah man auch den schiefen Turm von Pisa. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, Danke!

Tolles Haus und mega Ausblick
Waren schon zum dritten mal in diesem Haus. Verbesserungen vom Vorjahr wurden berücksichtigt, und so war es wieder schön, dort gewesen zu sein. Kommen wieder.

Leider war die Aussicht zum Meer nicht möglich, da die Hecke zu hoch war. Könnte locker 1m kürzer sein. Die Hollywoodschaukel ist durchgesessen gewesen.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg und ist über eine Serpentinenstraße erreichbar, was mit einem großen Auto unter Vorsicht geschehen sollte! Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gab keine Beanstandungen. Es hat von der Frühstücksterasse einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer und in die Berge. Die große Wohnküche liegt gleich Never der Terasse und ist vom Schlaftrack abgeschieden, was für Familien praktisch ist. Leider ist die Einfahrt in die Garage durch einen schönen Rosmarinbusch versperrt, so dass sie draußen parken müssen. Für uns war es kein Problem. Die Vermieterin und ihre Schwester sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt - sehr gerne kommen wir wieder! Ihnen wünsche ich alles Gute!

Allgemein
Leider ist die Aussicht vom Grundstück auf die Versilia-Küste durch hochwachsende Hecken eingeschränkt, von den Sitzplätzen aus ist nichts zu sehen, nur im Stehen, müssten nur mal 50 cam heruntergeschnitten werden, dann wäre es perfekt. WLAN haben wir vermisst, gehört eigentlich heutzutage in jedes gute Ferienhaus. Letztlich würde auch eine Microwelle in der Küche gut tun. Ansonsten sind wir dort ja schon über 10 Mal im Urlaub gewesen, es wäre perfekt, wenn...siehe oben.

Tutto abbastanza soddisfacente. Unico difetto (grave): mancavano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani, e non era stato specificato nell'annuncio. Era da secoli che non trovavamo lenzuola e asciugamani in una casa in affitto per le vacanze.

Perfekt für Familien, idyllisc...
Perfekt für Familien, idyllisch gelegenes Haus. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt, selbst deutsches TV. In den wirklichen Hitzemonaten evtl vorsorgen mit Ventilator etc Reisetipps: Der öffentliche Strand ist 25 min entfernt, Pisa 35 min.
