Die Lage war hervorragend und wunderschön. Die Wohnung allerdings war anders als erwartet vorzufinden.Die Waschmaschine und der Grill, wie in der Beschreibung geschrieben,existieren nicht. Ein Einweg-Grill war aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erwünscht. Klimaanlage darf nicht zu stark eingeschaltet werden. Das Mobiliar ist stark veraltet und fällt in gewissen Fällen fast auseinander. Die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen ausreichend, allerdings war das Geschirr dreckig. Vermieterin ist immer da

Super sauber und sehr freundliche Vermieterin
Sehr saubere Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Die verliert hat uns sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen gebacken. Der Strand ist 2 min zu Fuß, sowie der nächste Lebensmittelladen entfernt. Bars und Restaurants alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir brauchten kein Auto. Die Bahn Felix fährt regelmäßig nach Crikvenica, was ein Besuch wert ist und der Strand Kajak.

Eine ruhige Lage mit schöner Terrasse
Wir hatten eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung, die Wohnung hatte kein Wohnzimmer, Essbereich war Aufenthaltsbereich und Kücke zugleich. Es fehlte ein gut nutzbares Sofa und ein ausreichender Fernseher. Bad ubd extra WC waren OK. Klimaanlage war nur im Aufenthaltsraum/ Essraum.Das Geschirr war alt aber alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
