For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Palombaggia" 5 km pebble beach "Pavellone (steep foodpath)" 800 m (small). Please note: car recommended.
