Above Pavellone 8 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 30 km from the centre of Bonifacio, outside the resort, 143 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 8 km, bakery 5 km, sandy beach "Palombaggia" 5 km pebble beach "Pavellone (steep foodpath)" 800 m (small). "Les Hauts de Pavellone", 3-room terraced house 52 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine) with bar, dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 14 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the countryside and Golfe de Porto Vecchio, Cala Rossa. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Schöner Urlaub
Unterkunft in toller Lage mit phantastischem Blick auf Berge und Meer. Unterkunft wie beschrieben, es ist alles Da was für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub gebraucht wird. Alles vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, südlicher Charme eben, uns hat es so gefallen. Danke ..., für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Ein kleiner Mangel ist das etwas schwache W-Lan. Urlaub geht aber auch ohne.

Super Ausblick
Es war am Morgen und am Abend ein Traum auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war Alles vorhanden und es war sauber. Dominique war sehr zuvorkommend und es war auch sehr ruhig.

Wunderschöne Aussicht
Das Haus liegt traumhaft mit wunderschöner Sicht auf das Meer und Pool. Es war alles vorhanden, was man gebrauchen kann. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke. Möbelierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Betten waren jedoch sehr gut. Würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Aber ohne jedes Verbrauchs
Sehr schön gelegene Ferienanlage oberhalb der Bucht von Porto Vecchio mit Blickrichtung Cala Rossa. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Bucht. Siehe Bilder. Die Anlage besteht aus ca 9-10 Häusern unterschiedlicher Größe. Unseres hatte Terrasse, Wohnküche mit Ausziehsofa, Bad+ Dusche und kleinem Schlafzimmer im EG sowie Bad/Dusche und 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbett bzw zwei Einzelbetten im OG. Für 4 Erwachsene durchaus ausreichend dimensioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, inkl 4er Ko

Toller Blick, schlechte Ausstattung!
+ ruhige Residenz, gut gelegen mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Porto Vecchio und das Meer + großer Gemeinschaftspool (Infinity), trotzdem sehr ruhig - schlechte, unbequeme, minimalistische Ausstattung, entspricht nicht den Bildern, beispielhaft für alle Häuser, die unterschiedlich ausgestattet sind - Terrasse mit unbequemen Sitzbänken!!! - nur Besen und Handfeger zum Säubern, kein Mob/Staubsauger - sehr lieblos eingerichtet - WLAN: zu geringes Breitband Wir waren in Haus4.

Was war gut? Größe der Räumlichkeiten, Terrasse und Nebenterrasse für Strandutensilien, Wäscheständer etc. Lage, Blick, Ausstattung mit Waschm., Spülm., OfenZu beachten:W-LAN nur im Poolbereich, keine Sonnenschirme am Pool; Pool ansonsten super mit phantastischem Ausblick auf die Bucht + das Meer.

Wir hatten PVC 300 Hs. 5 gebuc...
Wir hatten PVC 300 Hs. 5 gebucht. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet– es fehlt an nichts, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen die Höchstnote verteilen und werden auch künftig das Ferienhaus in unsere Urlaubsplanungen einbeziehen. Reisetipps: Korsika ist als Urlaubsziel immer eine Empfehlung. Nicht nur der Süden um Porto Vecchio ist interessant sondern die gesamte Insel.
