Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, pebble beach 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!
Wir (zwei Erwaschsene und unsere 2 jährige Tochter) hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Sowohl das Haus, als auch die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnräume waren sehr sauber und es war alles vorzufinden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich und mit Leckerein begrüßt. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir immer mit frischem Obst, frischem Gemüse und Eiern versorgt. Als Highlight des Urlaubes wurde uns ein super leckeres Barbecue zubereitet. Zudem haben wir nach einer Woche frische Bettlaken erhalten. Die Vermieter waren immer super zu erreichen und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und möchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den tollen Urlaub und die überaus herzliche Gastfreundschaft bedanken.

Schöne Unterkunft für diejenigen, die Ruhe wollen
Schöne Ferienwohnung, die Bilder geben sie realistisch wieder. Großer Pool. Nette Vermieter. Achtung für Gäste mit Hund: Das Gelände ist zwar eingezäunt, aber unterm Eingangstor ist so viel Platz, dass ein Hund schon ordentlich groß sein muss, um nicht entwischen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber teilweise etwas knapp - 5 Löffel, 5 Gabeln etc. Die nahe Kirche und Straße stören nicht - eher laute Gäste in den nahen anderen Ferienhäusern. WLAN eher schlecht.

Perfekter Urlaub
Top gepflegte Unterkunft mit allem denkbaren Inventar. Nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar. Etwas abseits gelegen, so kann man die Ruhe genießen und erlebt die istrische Landschaft in allen Facetten. Ideal für Familien und Radfahrer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schön renoviertes, al...
Ein sehr schön renoviertes, altes Haus mit dicken Steinwänden, die das Innere im Haus kühl halten. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Mehrere Aussen–Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein grosser Grill, einfach perfekt. Die Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Gelände, manchmal hatte man das Gefühl, "beobachtet" zu sein, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Vermieter waren wirklich sehr nett und haben uns mit eigenproduzierten und selbst angebauten Lebensmitteln versorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Reisetipps: Rovinij und Porec mit den Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Alles sehr sauber und funktion...
Alles sehr sauber und funktionell. Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich begrüßt und während des Urlaubs mit frischen Eiern, Gemüse und Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion versorgt. Ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sveti Lovrec oder in Porec. Reisetipps: Idyllisches Künstlerdorf Groznjan etwas nördlich gelegen hat uns am besten gefallen.

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mi...
Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub mit Hund auf einem offenen und gepflegten Grundstück, sehr schönes altes Haus, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll renoviert, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in erreichbarer Umgebung. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieter, die auf dem Nachbargrundstück wohnen, aber sehr unaufdringlich sind und die uns ihre eigenen Produkte sehr günstig zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Porec ( 15–20 Autominuten), auch die Stände an der Straße mit regionalen Produkten sollte man ruhigausprobieren! Schöne Spazierwege, viel zu entdecken, jederzeit gerne wieder! Reisetipps: Unbedingt Rovinji, auch empfehlenswert Motovun, Porec ( Hundestrand)

Super Urlaub, alles war bestens
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Istrien verbracht. Die Vermieter wohnen neben an und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Jeden zweiten Tag wurden wir gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir was brauchen. Sie waren den ganzen Urlaub immer bemüht, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Obwohl Sie daneben wohnen, hat man nichts davon gemerkt. Es war eher so, als ob man Nachbarn hätte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Klima ist vorhanden, brauchten wir aber nicht, da das Steinhaus sich nicht aufgeheizt hat und es im Haus immer angenehme Temperaturen hatte. Der Pool war das Highlight. Er ist sehr groß und wir haben täglich unsere Bahnen gezogen. Mittlerweile gibt es für Kinder eine Schaukel und auf dem Grundstück gibt es genügend Platz zum Fußball oder Federball spielen. In Porec ist man in ca. 15 km, Rovinj war eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir können das Haus und natürlich die Vermieter, nur weiter empfehlen. Es war mal wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Istrien.
