Cosy, rustic chalet "Le Tetras". 5 apartments in the property. 1.5 km from the centre of Morzine, 12 km from the centre of Avoriaz, 60 km from the centre of Genf, in the residential district, 8 km from the lake, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 150 m, lake Lac de Montriond 8 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lake Geneva 33 km. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
