Schönes Haus, es fehlte uns an nichts
Das Haus ist super, es ist 100% wie beschrieben. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort. Platz und Einrichtung waren völlig ok. Eine Klimaanlage und WiFi fehlten ;) aber sonst war alles dort um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, kleines Dorf. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, schöne Strände und tolle kleine Geschäfte zum bummeln :) Essensmöglichkeiten und nette Wochenmärkte waren auch dort. Wir würden es wieder buchen :)

Perfekt in vielerlei Hinsicht
Das Haus ist durch außen verlegten Kunstrasen nochmal aufgewertet worden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Ort Portiragnes bietet alles was man benötigt. Das einzige worüber die Eigentümerin nachdenken sollte ist die Anschaffung von WLAN. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit eigentlich ein Muss

Leider wurde kein wlan zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem war es enttäuschend das nur Campingbetten in den Schlafzimmern waren. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus wo man sich sehr gut erholen kann.

entspannter Aufenthalt in Portiragnes
Grosses, helles, geräumiges Haus, umzäunt. Schön für den Hund. Komplett ausgestattet. Max. 5 min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Fussläufig Dorfkern mit Supermarkt. Leider kein W-Lan, dt.Fernsehen (Astra). Schlüsselübergabe mit google translater kein Problem.

Dom na uboczu
Dobrze wyposażony, obszerny dom w spokojnej dzielnicy małego południowego miasteczka. Posesja otoczona murem - doskonale nadaje się dla osób spędzających wakacje z psem. Do plaży 5 minut samochodem lub rowerem.

Ants, More Ants & Not Very Clean
The property was ant infested. Each morning there would be ants trails across the living room tiles. This didn't bother me but made our daughter quite distressed. The property should have sorted out the various ant nests in the garden and repaired sealant across all of the door frames. The property was not clean on check-in. The fridge hadn't been defrosted, all of the showers filled up immediately as the plug holes had not been cleaned and all of the mattresses had significant stains on them We were also told that the final cleaning fee of 60 Euro was optional. We spent a whole day cleaning the property before checkout and had cleaned it to a better state than when we checked in. It was obvious when we refused the cleaning fee on check in that the property manager was expecting the cleaning fee income. When it came to check out the property manager searched for spurious items that were never clean in the first place.

Am Haus ist auch mit schlechtem Willen nichts auszusetzen außer der konvexen Bratpfanne. Paradies auch für Hunde! Kein Ungeziefer wie Mücken usw. Gegen Ameisen Backpulver mitbringen! Achtung: Das Mülleimer– und TV–Management ist kompliziert. Erklären lassen! Deutsches TV auf ASTRA: Geduld! Nachbarn kommunikativ! Reisetipps: Leib & Seele: Zentrum ist das Dorf Portiragnes Plage.Strand: P–Ouest für Hunde. Gute Parkplätze vorhanden. Empfehlenswerte Restaurants an einem Platz:L´eau Christian: Für 29 Euro satt alle Krustentiere auch Hummer. Gute französische Küchen pflegen Le Buddha, La Pallotte, Marie Jack. Deutsche Presse in P–Est.Anreise: Rhône–Autobahn ist staugefährdet. Route über Millau nehmen mit toller Landschaft und dem Jahrhundertbau Millau–Viaduct.Übernachtung in Chalon sur SaôneHotel A La Villa Boucicaut, keine Berechnung für Hunde, 2 Kontinentalfrühstücke zum Preis für eines,liegt zentral, hat großen bewachten Parkplatz. Kosten für 2 Personen: 120,00 Euro

Hygiënisch niet best terwijl e...
Hygiënisch niet best terwijl er flink werd gepusht voor de eindschoonmaak a €60. Leefoppervlakken betrekkelijk schoon maar alles daarbuiten niet. Het terras brokkelde af en was veel meubilair jaren geleden al aan vervanging toe.
