In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Loubressac, 11 km from the centre of Saint-Céré, 11 km from the centre of Gramat, 15 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 800 m2 (fenced), orchard, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Boules, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Puybrun" 17 km, bathing lake 15 km.

Hip bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
