In the hamlet Penamprat 5.5 km from the centre of Loctudy, 3.4 km from the centre of Pont l'Abbé, 22 km from the centre of Quimper, 6 km from the sea, 6.2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 15 ha with trees. 400 m long motor access to the grounds. Parking on the premises. Parquet floors. Terrace, garden 600 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Propriétaire et accueil très sympathiques. Ça manque un peu de couverture Télécom. Mais ça aide à la déconnexion.

BIEN

A proximité de tous commerces et des plages (en voiture ou vélo). Grands fauteuils dans le salon pour lire tranquillement. Très beau et grand jardin. A noter qu’il n’y a pas d’isolation entre les chambres et entre l’étage (espace nuit) et rez-de-chaussée. Cela peut avoir une importance si les horaires de levé et couché des uns et des autres sont différents.

Umgebung und äußerer Eindruck ...

Umgebung und äußerer Eindruck waren sehr ansprechend. Einsam und ruhig gelegen mit schönem leicht verwildertem Garten. Die Besitzer waren freundlich. Das Haus 110 war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Es roch muffig bis stinkig, in zwei Schlafzimmern auch schimmelig. Dies konnten wir auch durch intensivstes Lüften kaum ändern. Es war nur oberflächlich gesäubert, so dass wir erst nach zweimaligem putzen den Eindruck von Sauberkeit bekamen. Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen und rochen ebenfalls muffig. DasBadezimmer ist sehr alt, mit Badewanne. Duschen war schwierig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur mit großer Einschränkung empfehlen.
