For shared use: natural state property 2'000 m2 with orchard, pond. Motor access (60 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. wie im Märchen

im alten Backhaus mit Schafen und Gänsen davor, herrlich ruhig, man ist alleine für sich und kann doch in 10 min alles mit dem Auto erreichen, Markt, Granville, Meer und Cidre, super ausgestattete Küche, wir haben uns sehr darauf gefreut und es war wunderschön und ist ohne Vorbehalt bestens zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit und die schönen Tage

Liebevoll gepflegtes und restauriertes Backhäuschen in ländlicher Umgebung

Das Ferienhäuschen ist ein kleines Backhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und steht idyllisch gelegen auf dem Grundstück der Familie. Es gibt eine eigene Zufahrt zum Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bezaubert durch die Kombination aus altem Charme und frischer moderner Einrichtung. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet - wir haben sogar einmal Madeleines gebacken. Auf dem Grundstück stehen Apfelbäume, leben auch ein paar Schafe, vier lustige Gänse und hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein romantischer Seerosenteich - es ist wie auf einer kleinen Farm. Der Ort ist ein kleines friedliches Paradies und genau richtig, um die Seele von viel Ballast zu befreien und mal richtig durchzuatmen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Rechts und links von Granville gibt es endlos lange Strände. Im Dorf Hudimesnil ist eine traditionelle Bäckerei mit Backhaus und hinter dem Café ist ein kleiner Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Zum Großeinkauf eigent sich aber der Casino Supermarché. Wir haben sehr viel Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern haben aber selten so herzliche Vermieter und soviel Erholungswert auf einem Fleck gefunden wie hier. Tausend Dank und wir kommen wieder ❤️🇨🇵☀️🌳

Traumhafte Woche in der Normandie

Wir haben uns dieses landestypische Häuschen für unseren Urlaub in der Normandie ausgesucht. Eine sehr gute Wahl. Das alte Backhaus wurde liebevoll renoviert und es ist eine wahre Idylle mit den Gänsen und Schafen auf der angrenzenden Wiese. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Normandie. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen im nahen Ort. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes romantisches Ferienhäuschen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für zwei Personen mit Hund. Super sauber. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter Schön wäre es noch gewesen, wenn vor dem Haus nicht nur sehr spitzer Kies gewesen wäre.

Idylle pur!

Haus und Umgebung entsprechen absolut den Bildern. Ein wunderschönes und liebevoll restauriertes Häuschen, ideal für 2 Personen. Modern ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wer Tiere, Ruhe und Landleben liebt, findet hier sein kleines Paradies. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und um das Wohl der Mieter besorgt. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit.

Idylle

ein ehemaliges Backhaus wurde aufwändig und stilgerecht restauriert, enthält aber im Inneren eine moderne Küche, Wifi und TV perfekt. Die Umgebung auf einer Wiese mit Schafen und Ziegen ist fast schon bukolisch - ansonsten Ruhe pur und 10 min Fahrt zum Strand.

Schöne, idyllische Unterkunft

Tout était parfait !

Ce gîte est tout simplement parfait : il a été restauré et décoré avec soin, il est très confortable, il y règne une atmosphère charmante... Pas besoin de ramener autre choses que vos vêtements et affaires de toilette : il y a absolument TOUT sur place ! (rappe, balance de cuisine, plats à four, couvercle anti graisse, grille pain, cafetière, Tassimo, machine à laver, lave vaisselle... Il y a même des torchons et des tupperwares !). Les moutons, les oies et les poules qui se baladent dans le verger-jardin donnent à la vue de l'intérieur de la maison un petit côté surréaliste très appréciable. Les alentours offrent un terrain de jeu sans fin pour les accrocs à la rando (je vous conseille la rando des Carolles et celle de l'abbaye de la Lucerne : magnifiques !). La propriétaire est très avenante et à l'écoute : elle est vraiment impliquée dans son activité et cela se ressent sur la qualité exceptionnelle de la prestation. Au final, même si le temps a été plutôt pluvieux, nous avons avec bonheur profité du poêle et de l'ambiance cocooning de ce petit coin de paradis. J'y retournerai, c'est certain ! :)

Ferienhaus Au Verger fleuri

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal dort. Es ist immer noch die schönste Unterkunft die wir je hatten. Wunderschöne Lage und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge optimal gelegen. Die freundlichen Besitzer legen sehr viel wert auf Sauberkeit, was man dem Haus sofort anmerkt.
