For shared use: terraced garden, 4 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, sandy beach "Santa Giulia" 500 m. Please note: car recommended.
