Private: natural state property 1 ha, terraced garden, 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase, shutter cover and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. Bumpy motor access (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 5 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 600 m.

Es war ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil. Von dort aus ist Nizza, San Tropez und Cannes als auch Monaco in ca. 1Stunde erreichbar. Auch unser Hund konnte in dem gut eingezäunten Areal frei herumlaufen

Huset er en gammel bygning med nuancer som passer ælder. La Motte er en meget mindre by men mennesker er venlige og hjælpsom. Husets representive i Frankrig var meget hjælpsom og kom når der var behovet. Hun var også god med at kommunikere og for at give forslag til udflugter osv.

Maison agréable dans son jus
Les + : Maison et piscine agréables même sans clim (à condition de fermer les volets en journée). Pouvoir se garer sur le terrain clos. Les - : Route en contrebas passante. Maison mal insonorisée. Literie à changer entièrement ! Suggestions : - ajouter un support mural pour douchette à main dans la douche. - ajouter quelques casseroles et poêles. - indiquer dans l'annonce la disposition de la piscine (sur le côté) par rapport à la maison. - donner plus de détails sur l'adresse de la maison.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lag...
Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Empfehlenswert für Urlaub mit Kindern oder/ und Hund. Grundstück kpl eingezäunt und nicht einsichtig! Ausstattung funktionell und komplett. Pool zum abkühlen und toben absolut ausreichend. Haus bei Ankunft sauber – aber nicht rein... Übergabe im Schnelldurchlauf, aber alles selbst erklärend. Reisetipps: Kleine Einkäufe im Ort zu erledigen, große am besten in Les Arc im Hyper U. Viele Winzer im direkten Umfeld, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Liebevoll restaurierter alter ...
Liebevoll restaurierter alter Schafstall in einer idyllischen Hanglage mit einfacher Ausstattung. Ein großer Teil des Gartens ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser kleiner Hund gefahrlos alles untersuchen konnte, ohne abzuhauen. Sogar der Poolbereich war extra eingezäunt – toll für Familien mit kleinen Kindern! Die Dame, von der wir den Schlüssel bekamen, war sehr kompetent, sehr hilfsbereit und konnte fantastisch Englisch. Für uns eine Erleichterung, da wir der französischen Sprache nicht sehr mächtig waren!Tipp: Fliegengitter mit wieder ablösbaren Klettklebestreifen mitnehmen! Erspart einem Mückenbedingte schlaflose Nächte! Reisetipps: –Unbedingt den Markt in Le Muy besuchen (jeden Donnerstag und Sonntagvormittag)–In St.Raphael lockt die Kartbahn ( für ältere Kinder super!) Immer Von Mi bis So ab 14 Uhr–La Motte selber ist ein niedliches kleines Örtchen zum Spazierengehen und versorgt einen mit allen notwendigen Dingen (kl. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Arzt)
