In the district of Eikerapen 12 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 70 km from the centre of Lyngdal, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 650 m2 with meadow, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 12 km, bus stop 4 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 km, grass beach 2 km, lake Øre 2 km. Fishing possibilities 2 km. Please note: car recommended.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, large terrace 43 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible.
