Very beautiful, cosy timber house "Smibakken", built in 2008, surrounded by trees. 20 km from the centre of Farsund, 49 km from the centre of Mandal, 91 km from the centre of Kristiansand, on a slope, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach, 200 m from the fijord, in the countryside. Bathing jetty bathing place, fish-processing table. Private: natural state property. In the house: sauna. Rowing boat with motor (on request), parking at the house. Supermarket 15 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 91 km, sandy beach 200 m (small), rocky beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Fishing possibilities 200 m. Table for fish gutting with running water available.

Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with sliding door, panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Traumurlaub in Norwegen
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub ! Wir haben den Süden Norwegens erkundet und tolle Eindrücke gesammelt. Besonders die vielen Wasserfälle waren beeindruckend... Auch die Wanderungen durch die Umgebung waren sehr schön. Tömmerrinne,Skrelia, Kvasfossen und Listaleuchtturm und Gegend um Fahrsund erkundet. Ein rundum erlebnisreicher Urlaub. Der Gastgeber, Herr Theißen war sehr nett und freundlich, großes Dankeschön!!!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und entspannte Woche! Boot fahren, Fische fangen, Blaubeeren sammeln und einfach entspannen in dem wirklich sehr tollen Haus.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub !!!
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 7&14 Jahre) haben zwölf wunderbare Urlaubstage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und funktionierte einwandfrei, mit gemütlichen Abenden am Kamin sowie Frühstück, Sonnen, Lesen auf den beiden Terrassen (im April !). Der Blick auf den Fjord ist wunderschön, die Natur sehr erholsam und die Umgebung einfach traumhaft mit tollen Ausflugszielen. Man konnte schön spazieren gehen und endete immer irgendwo am Wasser :-). Das zu mietende Boot ist gut zu bedienen und in sehr gutem Zustand, haben damit einen tollen Tag auf dem gesamten Fjord verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kompetent (nochmals Danke !!) . Wir haben die ruhige Alleinlage sehr genossen und hatten trotzdem Sichtkontakt zu anderen Häusern :-). Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

prachtige liging formidabel uitzicht alles aanwezig wat nodig is en een oorverdovende stilte verhuurder een ontzettende aardige man zeer behulpzaam en een goede verteller en de laatste 10 km aankomst een avontuur

Abgelegen, schön und sauber
Trotz typisch norwegischem, wechselhaftem Wetter hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, woran dieses Haus maßgeblichen Anteil hatte. Das Bootfahren und Makrelenfangen auf dem Fjord ließ uns den Alltag zuhause komplett vergessen. Elche haben wir am letzten Abend auch noch gesehen, mussten aber auf Safari gehen, d.h. in der Dunkelheit noch ne Runde mit dem Auto fahren.
