*PLEASE NOTE*: Construction on the Balconies of Phoenix X will take place on 9/16/24 - 12/19/24. We have been told by the Facility Manager that construction noise will be minimal.
Construction of a Splash Pad on the south side of the property will also begin construction in September 2024 and likely complete around January 2025. The Facility Manager also expects minimal noise for this project as well.
The outdoor pool will be closed starting 10/15/24. The reopening of the pool will be determined by the progress of the balcony tile project and the weather. A safety walkway has been established from the building to the boardwalk ensuring beach access. The Indoor Pool and Spa’s will remain open to owners and guests. The hours of operation are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!
The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!
