Lage prima, Ausstattung etwas angejahrt

Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt. Toll sind der großzügige, luftige Schnitt und die Grundstücksaufteilung. Man findet nach Wunsch immer einen Schatten- oder Sonnenplatz. Den Möbeln sieht und riecht man allerdings leider zum Teil ihr Alter an. Sehr störend ist die permanent dröhnend laufende Lüftung der oberen Toilette; der Lärmpegel in dem unteren Schlafzimmer ist auch mit Oropax kaum auszuhalten, zumal die Umgebung sonst so schön ruhig ist. Das fehlende WLAN haben wir vermisst.

Zum 3. Mal nacheinander gebucht. Ideale Lage, aber: der Zustand des Inventars und die Sauberkeit haben sich beständig verschlechtert. Mängelrügen blieben unbeachtet. Fazit: Nicht noch einmal !

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig , es ist alles da was man benötigt . Die Gartenstühle könnten ein Auflage und Säuberung vertragen .Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet aber alles bis auf die Türklinken heile .

Beste Lage - Einrichtung mit Mängeln

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Strand und Pinienwald sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist großflächig und für einen Hund sehr geeignet. Zustand und Einrichtung lassen leider in vielen Punkten zu wünschen übrig: Auflagen für die einzige Rollliege - Fehlanzeige. Ansonsten sind nur sog. Strandstühle/-liegen und die üblichen Stapelstühle nebst Tisch vorhanden. Der defekte Sonnenschirm wurde bereits im Vorjahr moniert. Für weitere Mißstände reicht der Platz nicht. Schade!

Es wäre schön wenn mehr Beste...

Es wäre schön wenn mehr Besteck :Messer, Gabel, Löffel usw.vorhanden wären Für ein sechs Personen Haus sind sechs Sets ein bisschen dürftig .Zudem luden die vorgefundenen Terassenmöbel nicht grad zum entspannten verweilen auf der rückseitigen Terasse ein ,Tisch Stühle schmutzig und mit Baumharztropfen ,die sich zudem noch fest in Ameisenhand befand .Des weiteren stand noch ein Grill ungereinigt und mit verbrannter Kohle auf der Terasse .Die Festerscheiben hätten auch mal wieder einer Reinigung bedarft .Mein Tip ,etwas mehr Pflege und Sauberkeit würde dem Haus recht gut tun in der Preiskategorie .

Architektur und Lage wunderschön. Innenausstattung ärmlich.

Das Haus ist groß und liegt nahe am Strand. Der Ozean ist zu hören. Es ist das schönste Haus am Ort. Im Rücken ein Kiefernhain . Man kann mit 5 bis 6 Personen dort verbringen. Aber es gibt nur vier Gartenstühle und drei ungleiche Weingläser , Das gesamte Interior wirkt alt und zusammengesammelt wie vom Flohmarkt. Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Lampen aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert. Piano ist ein Fake Piano. Beim Öffnem Vorsicht. Alles sehr fragil. Es riecht aus der Garage nach Diesel. Das ist nicht angenehm . Das sollte der Vermieter beheben.

Plus belle en photo qu'en réelle

La photo est un peu trompeuse tant de l'extérieur que de l'intérieur. On voit que c'est une maison de "location" on l'on fait le stricte minimum en entretien surement pour plus de profits. Le mobilier est très vieillot, çà sent la récup et les brocantes, le canapé d'un autre âge, le seul avantage est que vous n'y passez pas des heures car merci les vertèbres ...... De plus, c'est une maison qui n'a pas été aérée, du moins quand nous y sommes allés. Il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans les chambres et les couvertures sentait l'humidité, dans le garage une odeur acre d'égout ou de fioul ..... Dommage, c'est une maison avec du potentiel et qui pourrait être agréable à vivre.
