In the hamlet Čuleti 8 km from the centre of Pazin, 8 km from the centre of Gračišće, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'250 m2, lawn 800 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, volleyball, badminton, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 8 km, café 5 km, bus stop 7.6 km, pebble beach 27 km. Cycle lane 8 km. Please note: suitable for families.
