Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete große Wohnung,mit einen tollen Ausblick . Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Bis zum Strand hinunter sind es ungefähr 265 Stufen ,was schon sehr anstrengend war. Das parken mit einem großen Auto ist etwas schwierig ,aber machbar. Das Ein-und auschecken war sehr unkompliziert . Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen

Brillante Sicht und viele Stufen
Großzügige Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Tagelang sitzen und das Meer bewundern. Schiffe schauen und nachts das Vollmondglitzern. Wunderbar. Die vielen Stufen ans Meer sind ein gutes Training! Und ein großer Genuss für uns: Einkaufen in Frankreich oder Italien? Croissants d’Isigny oder Panini mit Bomboloni? Rosé oder Prosecco? Du sitzt fast an der Grenze. Wichtiger Realbezug: das tägliche Elend der versuchten Grenzüberschreitung von geflüchteten Menschen gehört dazu. Eine Lebenswirklichkeit.

Traumhafte Aussichten aus allen Zimmern
Die Wohnung ist besser, als die Fotos es vermuten lassen. Aus allen Wohn- und Schlafzimmern hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Es gibt zwei WC´s, eine Dusche, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet, mal schnell zu Fuß Brot holen geht nicht. Die nächste kleine Gastwirtschaft ist an der unmittelbaren Grenze zu Frankreich. Nach Menton kann man problemlos laufen. Liegt auf einem Felsen: nichts für kleine Kinder, die gerne an Brüstungen klettern.

Bardzo zła komunikacja z osobą na miejscu, apartament bardzo brudny, musieliśmy zmywać naczynia i myć podłogi - nie wiem jak się to ma do sterylności związanej z COVID. Przepiękny widok z okien.

Große saubere aber einfache Unterkunft mit schönem, nostalgischen Mobiliar in den Schlafzimmern und fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer aus den Schlafzimmern/Wohnzimmer, sowie großer Natursteinterrasse. Sehr ruhig, für Naturliebhaber. Viele Stufen zur Wohnung und zum Meer. Gewisse Grundkondition/Beweglichkeit sowie Fahrzeug erforderlich. Kein dt. TV vorhanden. Wir mögen dass abgeschiedene Gesamtpaket wie es ist und waren bereits das dritte Mal da.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung!
Wohnung ist wie schon seit Jahren sehr schön, schick und bequem. Das Blick an Meer ist herlich. Das einzige Manko ist, dass zu den brauchbaren Strand 2 km nach Frankreich oder 5 km nach Ventimiglia fahren muß. Es gibt ein Strand direkt unten, aber schweine teuer, 60€ pro Tag/Person - unferschenk! Man kann auch an den wilden, steinigen Strand gehen, aber sehr gefährlich. Ich wurde amersten Tag von Wellen erfast und auf die Steine geschmissen. Kopf Verletzung, Gesicht zerkrazt, Urlaub kaput.

Ziemlich umfassend nicht sauber war sie. Bin keine Staubneurotiker, aber ein Fliesenboden darf auch mal feucht gereinigt werden. Wenn sie so ist, kann ich sie nicht einem Freund empfehlen. Das neue WLAN ist toll.

Dolecaqua muss man gesehen hab...
Reisetipps: Dolecaqua muss man gesehen haben, verfügt zudem über sehr empfehlenswerte Gastronomien. Das Maison herbin in Menton bietet über 200 verschiedene handgefertigte Marmeladen, Chutneys und Saucen, bei deren Produktion man zuschauen kann.

In der Halbsaison diese Wohnung ist sehr günstig, großzügig, bequem.Sehr Empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Es lohnt sich den Ausflug nach Monako und Frankreich machen. Ligurien auch sehenswert, Sanremo, Imperia u.a.Man muss unbedingt mit dem Auto reisen.Zu Fuß nur noch Menton/Frankreich zu erreichen.Zum Baden nicht besonders geeignet. Zu steil, zu weit, zu kleiner Strand. Mit Kleinkinder auch gefährlich.

Gelegen hoch an der Steilküste...
Gelegen hoch an der Steilküste Liguriens mit wunderbar weitem Ausblick über die ganze Bucht, auch aus den Schlaf– und Wohnzimmern heraus. Morgens erwacht man mit Meeresrauschen, Sonnenschein und dem azurblauen Meer vor den Augen. Vor allem aber auch die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Träumen ein. Der Zugang zum Ferienhaus ist über einige Stufen zu erreichen – mit Gepäck mühsam, jedoch sehr lohnenswert. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden im Haus, egal ob Küche, Wohnzimmer oder zwei WCs. Das Haus ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Reisetipps: Im nahen französischen Menton finden sich kostenlose, schöne Strände – z.B. eine geschützte, ruhige Bucht in zentraler Lage, direkt von der städtischen Tiefgarage aus erreichbar. Auch die Stadt selber lädt zum Flanieren und Shoppen bei moderaten Preisen ein. Selbst Monaco ist nicht weit vom Feriendomizil entfernt. Hier finden sich das ozeanografische Museum und eine schöne alte Innenstadt.
