Wir empfanden das Haus als ein Horrorhaus

Die Wohnung war kalt, die Heizkörper nur lauwarm. Die erste Nacht in Wohnung 8 war für uns der Horror. Nur gefroren und überall Spinnen und Sinnennetze. Eine Steckdose hatte tagsüber einen akuten Kabelbrand. Es stank fürchterlich und wir befürchteten einen Wohnungsbrand. Da kein Elektriker kam und die Brandmelder abgebaut waren, haben wir den umgehenden Umzug in eine andere Unterkunft gefordert. Wir wurde in die Wohnung Nr. 5 "verlegt" die aber auch "eiskalt" war und nicht warm wurde. Auch keine Brandmelder. Inventar völlig abgenutzt ekelig und schäbig. Auch die ganze Nacht gefroren. Beim Toaster ist bei der Nutzung der Kunststoff geschmolzen und angebrannt. Wir forderten einen weiteren Umzug. Die Verwalterin hat für die 3. und letzte Nacht eine schöne Wohnung organisiert.Insgesamt sind noch viel mehr negative Sachen im "Gästehaus Siebrecht" vorgekommen. Aber das alles klärt jetzt unser Anwalt.
