Un piso aceptable en perfecta urbanización
El piso es muy sencillo, hay cosas que no funcionan como la puerta balconera y el toldo pero tiene el resto de funcionalidades básicas. La localización es perfecta para niños, piscina en bonita urbanización y playa cercana.

Wunderschöne Anlage, aber FeWo mit Schwächen
Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in Playa de Pals. Und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal, da diese Ecke für unsere Belange alles bietet, was wir möglen. Traumhafter, nicht zu überlaufener Strand, gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z:B. nach Begur!). Die letzten male hatte ich stets die se Wohnanlage im Auge. Super Pool, Palmen, sehr gepflegte Rasenflächen - entsprechend enttäuscht waren wir dann von der angebotenen Wohnung dort selbst: wirklich nicht gut gereinigt, kaum Ausstattung (bspw. Küchengeräte, Töpfe), marodes Möbel. Das ist schade, denn mit ein paar Euro Invest könnte der Eigner hier ein kleines Paradies zaubern. Fairerweise sei gesagt, dass dies unserem Spaß nur anfangs ein wenig geschadet hat, da wir durch den Rest (siehe oben) doch entschädigt wurden. Wenn wir wieder in die Ecke fahren, schaue ich mir die Fotos der Wohnung vorher ein bisschen genauer an.- Dort gibt es nämlich auch deutlich bessere zum gleichen (nicht gerade kleinen) Preis.
