In the centre of Apricale 16 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 7 km from the centre of Dolceacqua, 14 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. 250 m footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Strada bivio Perinaldo" 650 m, sandy beach "Vallecrosia" 14 km.
"Casa Reanna", 2-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2020, very cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, on 2 levels. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05. Attention acces trés difficile,trés déconseillé aux personne ayant des problèmes de MOBILITE.
Village de montagne acces trés difficile ruelle en galets avec montée assez dure. Si non appart sympa et paysage superbe. Petit rajout de bol pour le petit déjeuné serai appréciable et une cafetière electrique car la petite cafetière Italienne c'est bien pour le café de 16h/17h mais juste pour le petit déjeuné.

Casa trovata come descritta, fotografie realissime, ha tutte le comodità necessarie, pulitissima e ordinata. Così l'abbiamo trovata e così l'abbiamo lasciata. Siamo stati bene. Ricordo vivamente che è una locazione adatta ad arrampicatori, a persone senza problemi di deambulazione. Tante salite e gradini in salita. Cittadina prettamente pedonale che non consente nessun tipo di locomozione a motore. Siete pregati di specificarlo.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Tolle und funktionsfähige Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. U.E. muss man in einem körperlich gesunden Zustand sein, da der Weg zum Ferienhaus sehr beschwerlich ist. Es ist schwierig, mit einem großen Auto einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. A. M. ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Gastgeberin.
