For shared use: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 80 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: lounge, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Beverage service (extra). Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. Wunderschöner Ausblick
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, große überdachte Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick über Asti, bei klarer Sicht sogar mit Alpenpanorama. Schöne Spaziermöglichleiten mit dem Hund direkt vom Haus aus. Asti mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, die auch fließend englisch und deutsch sprechen.
