Genial
Einerseits ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zum Faulenzen,Lesen oder Ausschlafen, andererseits aber auch kurze Anreise für Aktivitäten wie Baden, Wandern oder Bootfahren. Und ein Ort der Ruhe, gerade wenn man nach einem Tag Mailand zurückkommt. Es war super.

Très bon séjour dans la maison Martina
La maison est au calme et a une vue incroyable sur le lac ! Elle est plutôt fonctionnelle a l'intérieur (je pense qu'il manque quelques éléments pour qu'elle soit parfaite : lave linge, sèche cheveux). Nous sommes arrivés par temps pluvieux. Il faut noter que l'accès à la maison peut être difficile pour certaines personnes (chemin de pierres et d'herbe, assez pentu). Merci à Luca et son épouse pour leur très bon accueil.

Traumhafter Blick
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem eingezäuntem Grundstück und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Leider hat uns ein Esstisch im Außenbereich gefehlt. Das WLAN hat leider nur an den ersten beiden Tagen funktioniert. In den frühen Morgenstunden relativ laute Umgebung wegen Baustellen und Bauunternehmen in der Nachbarschaft. Hilfreich wäre es in den Reiseunterlagen zu vermerken, dass Treffpunkt bei der Ankunft bei der Vermieteradresse ist und nicht direkt am Haus.

Úžasná dovolená
Byla to nejkrásnější dovolená,jakou jsme zažili. Moc milí majitelé,nádherné prostředí,nezapomenutelný výhled,krásné ubytování. Veliká zahrada,kterou si naše fenka užívala. Z postele výhled přímo na jezero. Jezero je krásně čisté,nádherný pohled na okolní hory. Nechybělo nám vůbec nic.

Hohe Heizkosten
Schönes Haus in toller Lage, eingezäuntes Gelände gut geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Bei Ankunft am 23.04 waren es im Haus 14 Grad ( innen ) es hat ewig gedauert bis es innen 17-18 Grad hatte. Der Kamin darf von Mietern nicht genutzt werden. Für 7 Tage wurden dann 120 EURO ! für die Gasheizung verlangt, obwohl nur das Wohnzimmer und das Bad von mir geheizt wurden. Zum Mietpreis sollte man daher mindestens nochmal 25 % Aufschlag für die Heizung einkalkulieren.

Wir haben das saubere Haus, das sehr gepflegte umzäunte Grundstück ( für Hund ideal) und den überwältigenden Blick über den See sehr genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Die Unterkunft hat meine Freundin und mich sehr gefallen. Sie war sauber und nett mit dem nötigsten Eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist dank der unteren und oberen Terrasse sowie einen Balkon jederzeit genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und eskortierten uns direkt zum Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfekte Lage
Wir haben für uns und unsere Hunde das perfekte Haus gefunden. Mit Blick auf die Pferderennbahn, dahinter der Markt, den man bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte, wunderbar. In noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten waren wir , auch zu Fuß, am Strand zum spazieren, baden oder Sonnenuntergang schauen. Auch war es der ideale Standort für Ausflüge, nach Granville, Coutance, Barfleur , etc. und natürlich zum Mont St. Michel ! Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und betreut von Mirjam, vielen Dank nochmal dafür ! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein absoluter Traum!Der Ausblick auf den See und den Bergen unbezahlbar. Absolut Ruhig! Alles was man braucht im Haus.Liegestühle wären noch das i–Tüpfchen. Reisetipps: Bellagio ein muss, aber leider auch sehr von Tourismus überlaufen.Wundervoll ist Varenna...Geheimtipp war Bellano...

Schönes kleines Häuschen, gute Lage, freundliche Vermieter, mäßige Küchenausstattung (nicht ganz sauber..). Wenn man früh oder spät im Jahr kommt, ist zu beachten, dass das Haus bei unserer Ankunft 12 Grad (ja, innen) hatte und 48 Stunden braucht, ehe 19erreicht sind, zudem betragen die Heizkosten für 11 Tage 310 € !!! Reisetipps: Bellagio mit der Fähre incl. Villa Melzi, die zahlreichen Märkte, Kamelienausstellung in Gravedona (Ostern), Stadt und botanischer Garten Lugano

Sehr schönes Haus in absolut h...
Sehr schönes Haus in absolut herrlicher Lage mit traumhaftem Seeblick! Lediglich die Ausstattung ist ziemlich dürftig, gerade beim Geschirr und Gläsern könnte ruhig mal aufgestockt werden. Toaster war nicht vorhanden und CD Player war defekt. Wen das nicht stört, der kann hier einen wirklich erholsamen, tollen Urlaub verleben! Auch für Hunde ideal, da das Grundstück komplett und sicher eingezäunt ist.

Traumhaft
Schönes, in wirklicher Traumlage liegendes Haus. Riesiges Grundstück-für alle Vierbeiner ein Volltreffer. Wir waren 14 Tage dort, 2 Erwachsene und ein Hund. Für alle, die einen Erholungsurlaub ohne Trubel und Animation möchten, ist dies das Paradies. Der wirklich tolle Ausblick beruhigt sofort und man kommt wieder runter vom Stress. 2 Pizzerien (sehr gut) 2 Bars 1 Bäckerei 1 Gemischtwarenladen, mehr braucht man nicht. Alles andere sagt einem die Gegend und die Leute aus Pianello. Wir schauen, dass wir wieder kommen.
