Top Anlage, allerdings war es viel zu kalt im Haus
Für unsere abreise nach nur einem Tag, haben wir uns entschieden weil: Das Gebäude ausgekühlt war. Bei der Ankunft waren es im Gebäude 17grad Celsius. Am nächsten Morgen waren es 14grad Celsius, da der Pelletofen in der Nacht ausgefallen ist. Um unsere durgefrorenen Körper aufzuwärmen wollten wir duschen, was aber bei gefühlten 20grad Celsius nicht möglich ist. Wassereinbruch im Erdgeschoss und erste Etage. Die Vermieter haben ihr bestes gegeben, um die Umstände zu verbessern, was uns und dem Gebäude aber keine schnelle Abhilfe gebracht hätte. Wenn ein Gebäude so ausgekühlt ist benötigt es mit Sicherheit drei Tage um sich ( Mauerwerk und Fußboden) aufzuwärmen. Das warme Wasser wäre eventuell auch ein paar Stunden später auf Betriebstemperatur gekommen. Der Wetterbericht sagte für die nächsten drei Tage keine Besserung vorher. Daher haben wir uns für die Abreise entschieden. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, sowie die Unterkunft. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und nett. Schade für die Umstände.

Erholung im wunderschönen Ambiente
sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberfamilie, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus (uns fehlte nichts), sehr schöne große möblierte Terrasse mit Blick über parkähnlichen Garten zum See Lago d'Orta, Privatstrand am herrlichen Badesse (direkt im Anschluss an das Gartengrundstück).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei schönem Wetter und Sonnenschein, da fantastischer Außenbereich. Sehr nette Vermieter vor Ort mit begrenzter Kommunikationsmöglichkeit auf englisch. Trotz angrenzendem Campingplatz und Fahrstraße ruhige, sehr schöne Lage. Aber: Weder Geschirr noch Mobiliar wären für 4 Personen ausreichend, bereits ein Ehepaar mit Kind müsste beim Essen in den Innenräumen oder Aufenthalt im Wohnzimmer sehr zusammenrücken (zu wenig Sessel, Stühle, kleiner Esstisch). Steile Treppen!

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche erlebt. Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren sehr gut. Der riesige Garten und die Terrasse waren traumhaft. Der Strand, den wir uns alleine hatten, war sehr schön Ein großer Baum spendete Schatten, man konnte sehr gut ins Wasser gehen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder und haben sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Gepflegtes Häuschen in riesigem Garten
Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, neu renoviert, äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Gut ausgestattete, jedoch kleine Küche. Für den Sommer großer Tisch auf der Terasse. Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock und darüber eine offene Mezzanine. Leiter allerdings sehr steil, kritisch für kleinere Kinder. Zudem knarzen die Holzdielen dort oben extrem. Bei 4 Personen ist daher das sehr gute Schlafsofa zu empfehlen. Toller Zugang zum See, sehr sympatische Vermieter, Durchgangsstraße gelegentlich etwas laut. WLAN schwach.

Sehr gepflegtes und wunderschö...
Sehr gepflegtes und wunderschönes kleines Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück war ausreichend Platz für unsere Kinder zum Fußballspielen, Federballspielen usw.Traumhaft schön ist der direkt am Grundstück gelegene eigene Badestrand.Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und haben uns für eine tolle Tour sogar begleitet! Spitze!
