Familie mit 3 Kinder und Hund
Haus mit Pool ideal für Kinder und Hund da komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, entspricht soweit dem Standard. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, alte Pfannen, Gläser & Besteck im Minimum. Kühlschrank sollte ersetzt werden. TV relativ klein, Sofa schon in die Jahre gekommen. Leider gibts praktisch keine Ablage möglichkeiten, da nur kleiner TV Tisch. Im oberen Balkon gabs weder eine Stuhl noch einen Tisch. Haus und Garten (inkl.Grill) gut, Ausstattung schlecht

Maison fonctionnelle
Maison située à quelque kilomètres du centre de dénia, et à côté de la plage. Intérieure fonctionnelle et propre. La piscine et les extérieurs juste ce qu’il faut. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en famille. Attention lors de la location, bien vérifier les options choisies (clim et internet) j’étais convaincues de pas en avoir pris mais à l’arrivée a l’agence nous avons reglé sur place.

La casa en general está bien, buena relación calidad-precio. Posibles cosas mejorables: la principal, que la limpieza previa no fue tan profunda como sería deseable: había cristales y una mascarilla en la zona de piscina; las sabanas no estaban completamente limpias. Un poco más de menaje estaría bien. Las fundas de los sillones dan mucho calor. En general son problemas más de equipamiento, que de la propia casa en sí. Además, la playa está muy cerca, pero es algo fea (muchas algas...).

Très bien et moins bien !
Déjà vous ne savez pas quel numéro de maison vous loué ? Alors première des chose demandez quelle est votre maison exactement! Cette maison ( pour 4 Max et 1 voiture) serai très bien - car, pratique lumineuse, grande, aérée, facile, agréable, protégée du soleil et en plein soleil, protégée des vues et non de la vue, piscine ... Mais ....si beaucoup plus d’ustensiles de cuisine si pour deux insuffisant alors pour 6...! De même pour les voitures 1 seule place de parking par location ( à 3 très difficile mais à 4 impossible)! La vue des immeubles ne dérange pas ainsi que celle des voisins( peut-être amélioré). La rue beaucoup plus !!!(vraiment trop bruyant) Le service : pour les draps (et serviettes) c’est trop les 3 premièrs jours après... Plus rien !! Pour les petites réparations et entretien : ils rentrent n’importent quand...on ne les entend pas arriver ! Grille pain HS dès le départ ( il n’y a pas eu de contrôle ! Machine à laver la vaisselle qui fuit pas de réparation car l’homme a tout faire n’a pas les compétences de tout ! La piscine fut nettoyée une fois au bout des trois premiers jours puis plus rien! Les grands absents Interhome !!! Ils font une sous location ou il prennent 300€ en plus que l’agence locale ! Dès le début c’est avec l’agence locale qui se trouve dans l’arrière pays à Ondara (BTB) ! Donc voyez avec eux directement sinon demandez leur pourquoi ils n’inter Pas du tout pour tous les petits et grands problèmes ? Si non plage (très surveillée et toujours des petites méduses)à moins de 500 à pied, mais prévoyez plusieurs parasols et pieds de parasols car vraiment beaucoup de vents ! La paella très bonne et très chère ainsi que La Sangria, sinon très grand super marché à 500m avec des prix ( deux fous moins qu’en France) plus que correcte et du super poisson alors régalez vous! Et très bonne vacances !

Die Räumlichkeiten des Hauses,...
Die Räumlichkeiten des Hauses, der Garten und die Lage zum Meer waren im Grunde sehr schön. Allerdings gab es für den relativ hohen Preis einiges im Haus zu bemängeln. Im Obergeschoss gab es Schimmel am Fensterrahmen und die Möbel insgesamt im Haus warenz.T. extrem abgewohnt. Die Couch und der Sessel waren alt und durchgesessen (quasi Sperrmüll). Des weiteren fanden wir eine recht große Kakerlake in der Küche. Zum Glück erst gegen Ende des Urlaubs.Denia und die Region sind wunderschön aber diese Unterkunft kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.
