La Mouette

Das Grundstück und der Garten sind wunderschön. Im Haus selbst sollten ein paar Renovierungen vorgenommen werden. Beispielsweise war eine der Terrassentüren kaputt und wurde nur von einem Stuhl, mehr schlecht als recht, zugehalten.

Schön gelegen, schönes Haus

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Ausflüge nach Roscoff oder an die Cote de Granite rose sind genauso empfehlenswert wie entspannte Tage am Strand oder im und ums Haus.

Mooi huis

Mooi huis, ruim, grote omheinde tuin. Rustig gelegen, mooi uitzicht op de zee. 5 minuten te voet naar strand en zee. Comfortabele bedden. Wat verouderd keukengereedschap.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber v.a. das Bad muss dringend renoviert werden. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist auch etwas eingeschränkt, da Hecken und Bäume inzwischen relativ hoch sind. Das Bett in einem Zimmer quietschte so laut, dass man davon aufwachte. Kücheneinrichtung ist vollständig, aber ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell, kann aber nur französisch.

Hele fijne vakantiewoning

Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien met een super grote omheinde tuin wat heel fijn was voor onze hond. Huis staat op een mooie plek met uitzicht op zee.

Les plus: Très bon emplacement - vue et extérieurs magiques - magnifique maison, bien équipée et spacieuse. Les moins : mauvaise isolation et beaucoup d’humidité - moisissures dans une chambre - salle de bain vétuste, à renover d’urgence - literies pas très confortables. Du 50/50 … cette très belle maison mériterait une rénovation intérieure, une nouvelle toiture et des menuiseries de qualité pour être à la hauteur de ce lieu magique. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour et pu profiter de toutes les merveilles de cette magnifique région grâce à une situation géographique intéressante. Point très positif: les extérieurs bien entretenus et spacieux ou les enfants se sont dépensés et la mer a quelques pas de la… Je recommande cette location malgré les quelques points à améliorer.

Magnifiques vacances

Maison très agréable, très confortable et reposante. On se sent bien dans cette maison, on dort très bien et la vue des chambres sur la mer fait rêver.De plus la situation de la plage en bas de la rue à 300m est idéale. Nos 2 chiennes ont été acceptées, ce qui a embelli nos vacances. Les commerces sont à quelques minutes de voiture. L'office du tourisme propose toute une pleiade de visites pour tous les âges sur place et aux alentours, la ville a beaucoup de charme.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Schönes Haus mit großem eingezäuntem Garten. Viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen und Hunden. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit großem Hund, der sich im Garten dank Zaun frei bewegen konnte. Alle Zimmer sind ok, die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Bad ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Duschen in der Badewanne nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Duschvorhang ist nur Deko nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein schönes Haus mit abstrichen beim Bad. Hier sollte der Vermieter mal etwas tun.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Bretagne

Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön. Die Aussicht zur Bucht und der kurze Weg zum Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer und die Küche mit Geräten, Geschirr usw. perfekt. Die Betten sind gut. Das Bad sollte dringend renoviert werden. Toilettendeckel defekt. Badevorhang fleckig. Keine Haltegriffe zum Einstieg in die Wanne! Bei 6 Bewohnern wäre ein Dusche in dem Waschraum eine deutliche Verbesserung. In diesem Zustand ist es nicht komfortabel. Internet nur teilweise möglich.

wij (stel+hond) hebben genoten van dit huis en zijn omgeving.had wel iets schoner gemogen.ook zou het fijn zijn als de housekeeper engels/duits zou praten, dit vonden wij, aangezien wij geen woord frans spreken, nogal een mis.

Tolle Lage, tolles Grundstück,...

Tolle Lage, tolles Grundstück, tolles Haus!!! Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und einem Kleinkind dort und konnten unseren Urlaub dank des komplett eingezäunten Grundstücks rundum genießen. Wer allerdings auf Luxus wertlegt ist fehl am Platz: das Bad ist ziemlichmarode und auch die Schlafzimmer nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Auch mit der Sauberkeit darf man es bei der Ankunft nicht soooo genau nehmen. Preis Leistung im September passt auf jeden Fall!!! Reisetipps: Die großen Strände Süd–östlich sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert. Der Strand am Haus ist nur bei Ebbe vorhanden, jedoch zum wattwandern perfekt. Roscoff ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, st Paul de Leon hat uns nicht so begeistert.
