Nuestra estancia en Maria Fumet
Hemos pasado una semana con nuestros dos hijos y ha ido todo muy bien. La casa es amplia y cómoda, con varias terrazas que disfrutar según la hora del día, sol y sombra…La casa podría renovarse un poco y ganaría mucho. Y el aire acondicionado sería fantàstico.

Beau séjour dans maison confortable
La personne qui nous reçoit est très gentille et parle plusieurs langues. La maison se trouve dans une commune calme, loin de l'agitation touristique. Elle est proche des commerces, du centre avec les restaurants et le marché le mercredi matin. On voit la mer depuis la maison mais il faut la voiture pour y aller. La maison est grande et confortable. Elle est orientée Est-Ouest et a toujours une terrasse à l'ombre. Chaque pièce a sa climatisation, ce qui est indispensable certains jours et des ventilateurs sont également disponibles. La maison est bien équipée et la literie est de qualité. Les températures sont élevés mais il y a toujours une brise et à l'ombre c'est supportable. La circulation automobile est fluide. L'ambiance générale est sécurisante et sereine. Seuls bémols : les moustiques pour ceux qui y sont sensibles et les fourmis dans la maison mais qui ne piquent pas. Nous avons donc passé un bon séjour à Capdepera.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung inkl. Klavier!! Super gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Super nette Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort. Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub hier verbringen können! Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Schönes Ferienhaus mitten im Ort. Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Innenhof und modern ausgestattete Bäder. Überall ist liebevoll dekoriert. Schön ist die Dachterrasse am Abend. Super Strände erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Durch die Lage im Ort ist es nachts etwas laut vom Hundegebell und Straßenlärm. Im August war es im oberen Schlafzimmer recht heiß, weil eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Wir würden das Ferienhaus gerne wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Viel Platz. Für Parkplatz ist gesorgt auf dem Grundstück. Es fehlt nichts außer vielleicht eine Klimaanlage. Aber ansonsten top Aufenthalt.

Bonita casa mallorquina
La casa está muy bien, y bien situada para visitar diferentes calas o el centro de la ciudad. Está bien equipada, yo diría con todo lo necesario. Por poner un pero, que llegamos en la ola de calor, y quizás se echó algo en falta un aparato de aire acondicionado. Con menos calor, abriendo la terraza de arriba, entra el fresquito. Utah (no sé si se escribe así). Nos recibió a nuestra llegada, explicándonos todo y ofreciéndose para todo lo que fuera necesario, en post de mejorar un poco más si cabe, nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos de nuevo, es para repetir estancia en la misma casa.

Es war eine wunderschöne, gepflegte, saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Nichts fehlte. Diese Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert und die Besitzerin ist ausgesprochen herzlich. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön ...
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt und sehr sauber. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde das Haus renoviert und eingerichtet. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Dachterrasse (Blick zum Meer) und ein Fenster ist zur Burg gerichtet –schöner geht nicht! Das Bad ist mit Dusche und Badewanne sehr geräumig. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Innenhof mit Zitronenbaum der gerade im Sommer Mittags sehr angenehm kühl ist und es schön zum verweilen ist. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche mit Essbereich sind gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer und das kleine Bad war für unsere Kinder perfekt. Die vordere Terrasse mit kleinem Garten und Parkplatz runden das Bild gut ab. So hat man für jede Tageszeit und Sonnenstand die geeignete Außensitzmöglichkeit. Die Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps – wir haben uns sehr gut mit Ihr verstanden. Nach einer Woche war Bettenreinigung und Badputzen durch Putzfrau – sowie neue Handtücher. Eigene Waschmaschine gibt es auch – sowie Trockner – sehr gut. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Reisetipps: Capdepera ist eine Reise wert – kleiner Ort – zum Glück weniger Touristen als in Arta und Cala Radjada – tolle Burg – alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Restaurants und Bars, mit Auto schnell anden Stränden.Ohne Auto geht es gar nicht!

Fantástica semana en una casa amplia y con todos los servicios
Si tuviera que repetir sin duda elegiría la misma casa. Amplia, cómoda, bien equipada. En el centro de Capdepera, con aparcamiento propio. Una estancia fantástica para los amantes del tenis.
