Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der eigene Pool und die Outdoorküche waren ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für italienische Verhältnisse ...
Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartement mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter. Allerdings nicht für sehr lärmempfindliche Menschen geeignet, da das Haus etwas hellhörig ist und man die Möwen laut hört. Reisetipps: Unbedingt empfehlenswert: ein Tagestripp nach Monaco oder die Tropfsteinhöhle in Toirano. Zum Einkaufen: Der große Carrefour ca. 2 Minuten vor San Remo. Für Ausflüge muss deutlich mehr Zeit als in Deutschland eingneplant werden.

Durchaus empfehlenswert, einzige Schwäche war die Sauberkeit des Pools. Dieser war bereits nach einer Woche stark mit Algenwuchs belastet ... und nach zwei Wochen war das Wasser bereits ... trüb und grün ... . Kein direkter Zugang zum Pool, da der auf den Bildern sichtbarer oberer Hausteil von den Vermietern bewohnt wird (auf diese Tatsache wird auf der Homepage nicht hingewiesen). Geräuschempfindliche Menschen können auch die Schnellstraße etwa 200m unterhalb des Hauses als störend empfinden. Reisetipps: Imperia (Freitags ab 21.00 Uhr finden im Bereich des Hafens zahlreiche kostenlose Live–Konzerte statt); San Remo; Monaco mit Monte Carlo

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig...
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, Dinge wie eine gescheite Kaffeemaschine oder einen Toaster und einen Backofen suchen sie vergebens. Um Morgens draussen zu Frühstücken oder Abends draussen zu Essen bringen Sie viel Zeit mit, da sie alles nach oben an den Pool (Fußweg (20m) und Eisentreppe zum Pool.) gehen müssen. Lassen Sie sich aber besser vorher zeigen wo das Licht angeht, damit sie nicht im Dunkeln stehen. Eine eigene verschliessbare Haustür zur Ferienwohnung werden Sie auch vergebens suchen.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Fewo mit Topview vom Dach der Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ihre sehr netten Besitzer sind sehr interessiert dass es einem gefällt und gut geht. Wir fanden am ersten Tag Weiswein und Pesto zur Begrüßung vor und Limoncello gab es obendrauf, hatten wir so noch nie!! Einzig die Tatsache dass die Wohnung quasi “unter“ dem Swimmingpool lag war ein bisserl blöd, aber nach kurzer Eingewöhnungsphase war auch das ok. Wir konnten zu jeder Zeit den Pool nutzen und den schönen Meerblick genießen! Für jeden der nicht unbedingt den Pool und die Terasse vor der Nase haben muss eine klare Empfehlung!

Einzigartige Villa und nette Gastgeber
Uns hat es gefallen, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, schönes Garten und sauberes Pool. Es war zu heiss, deshalb wir eher Pool benutzt. Nachmittag gibt es da Schatten. Strand hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Viele schöne Orte bis Max 1 Std erreichbar.
