Terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 650 m, supermarket 2.4 km, railway station "Delebio" 600 m, grass beach "Colico" 8.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 38 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
