Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, 200 m2 (fenced) with meadow. 6 km long motor access (mountain road). 50 m footpath to the house. Parking at 100 m. Haus für Hundebesitzer
Die Gegend hat viele verlassene Rusticos. Feuchtigkeit im Untergeschoss, muffiger Geruch. Schwaches WLAN, kaum Empfang ausserhalb vom Haus. Kein Parkplatz beim Haus. Man müsste einen Platz im Dorf suchen und die Einkäufe/Gepäck über einen holprigen Weg zum Haus tragen.

Belle situation
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit village magnifique et très bien situé. La vue sur le lac est splendide grâce aux 2 balcons de cette maison charmante. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous avons été bien reçu. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et est très bien aménagée. Nous y retournerons certainement. Je recommande fortement.

Rustig dorp met zicht op Comomeer
Het huis is bedoeld voor 4 personen maar dat zouden we niet aanraden. de tweede slaapkamer en badkamer is gevestigd in de voormalig kelder van het huis. Het is er zeer vochtig en niet zo aangenaam vertoeven. Dit is het enige minpunt, anders was alles perfect! netjes, goeie ligging in rustig dorp op 15 min van comomeer strand, goeie voorzieningen in het huis, alles is aanwezig voor een goeie vakantie.

Optimales Häuschen für Wanderurlaub mit Hund
Sehr neues, gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht von drei Etagen auf den kompletten Comer See mit wunderbaren Sonnenaufgängen und -untergängen, sehr herzlicher Empfang der Gästebetreuung vor Ort, diese geht sehr auf individuelle Wünsche der Gäste ein. Durch dicke Mauern angenehme Kühle im Sommer in den Räumen, nachmittags auch Schattenplätzchen auf der anliegenden Terrasse. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt, aber durch Innenhof überschaubar und begrenzt, keine Strassenlage, sodass unsere Hündin unangeleint den Garten nutzen konnte. Sehr schönes Bergdorf mit zahlreichen Wandermöglichkeiten und sehr schöner Umgebung, überall wundervolle Aussicht auf den See, zu empfehlen: Livo, Naro, Crotto Dangri, Alpe motta. Auch Gravedona, der nächstgelegene Ort am See ist sehr hübsch.

Idealer Urlaub mit Hund
Sehr gepflegtes Haus in Aussichtslage in dörflicher Umgebung. Gastgeberin herzlich und zuvorkommend. Auto kann nicht direkt am Haus geparkt werden ausser zum Ein- und Ausladen, was jedoch kein Problem darstellt. Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut: Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, Schlafzimmer haben ausreichend Stauraum. Moderne Bäder. 2 kleinen Balkone mit Aussicht. Schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen in wenigen Autominuten, ebenso Restaurants.

Ruhe und Aussicht
Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen verschlafenen Dorf, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist gut und ausreichend. Für das untere Geschoss, das dem Erdgeschoss entspricht ist allerdings reichlich lüften nötig, damit es nicht muffig wird. Wir haben die Zeit genossen bis auf drei Nächte, in denen die Tochter der Nachbarn, die dort auch im Ferienhaus war Party mit ihren Freunden gemacht hat bis 03 Uhr. Ansonsten war es aber ruhig. Parken direkt am Haus ist nicht möglich.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Haken
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Verwalterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Haus bekommt von mir trotzdem nur ein "befriedigend", da es Dinge gab, die wir (nach der Beschreibung) anders erwartet hätten: Der Garten ist nach allen Seiten von anderen Häusern umgeben, die zT vollkommen verwahrlost sind, oder sogar als Ruinen bezeichnet werden können. Der Ortskern ist sehr verwahrlost, es gibt nur eine Trattoria

Idealer Urlaub mit Hund
Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Aussicht in dörflicher Lage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Saubere und neuwertige Möblierung, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. 2 moderne Bäder, eines davon mit Tageslicht. Leider war der kleine Garten noch nicht eingezäunt, aber unser Hund blieb gerne auch angeleint im Garten. Auf den 2 kleinen Balkonen mit Aussicht auf den See kann man morgens und abends die Sonne geniessen. Serpentinenreiche Zufahrt, kein eigener Parkplatz, nur Be-und Entladen am Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in wenigen Autominuten. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Ferienhaus Peglio
Schönes sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage mit spektakulärem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt, aber trotzdem für Hunde sehr geeignet. Künftige Mieter sollten tierlieb sein, da viele Hunde und zutrauliche Katzen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Berg- und Fahrradtouren. Super schön

Schöner Ausblick
Das kleine Häuschen ist gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist einmalig , vorallem auf dem oberen Balkon. Das einzigste Mango das wir gefunden haben waren die Kissen. die sind / waren für unsere verhältnisse zu hoch und fest. Die Frau die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat war auch sehr nett. wir konnten uns gut auf Englisch mit ihr unterhalten.

Urlaub vom Feinsten am Comer See
Wer nicht eine Unterkunft direkt am Seeufer benötigt, wohl aber Ruhe, Aussicht auf See und Berge, sowie eine geräumiges Rustiko mit Terrasse, Balkon und Garten nebst zugehörigen Liegen, der ist hier richtig. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren durchweg zufrieden. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen!
