soviel Unsauberkeit habe ich noch nie erlebt

Spülmaschine nur bedingt im Einsatz, Wir haben entsprechendes Reinigungsmittel besorgt, kein Erfolg. Deutsches Fernsehen nicht möglich.Ein Bidet nicht funktionsfähig. Fenster von außen seit 3 Jahren nicht geputzt. Kein sauberer Putzeimer. Kommunikation mit Verwalter nicht möglich, weder per Email noch WhatsApp. Habe alles Dokumentiert ,werde parallel zu dieser Stellungnahme das Unternehmen in der Schweiz informieren . Das einzig tolle ist die Aussicht und die Lage der Wohnung gewesen. Gerne stelle ich Ihnen bei bedarf Fotos zu Verfügung .

Es sollte langsam Mal renoviert werden Insbesondere die Bäder ...sehr alt ! Es fehlt am grundlegenden Inventar . Küchenmesser ( schneiden ) Tassen etc Ein Staubsauger wäre super. Den Sand mit dem Besen Weg zu bekommen etwas schwer Mann muss seinen Müll ins Dorf schleppen...ein No Go. Es fehlt der Müllcontainer

Villa Baia azzurra empfehlenswert

Die Ferienanlage ist superschön. Grosses Appartement (100qm)nur Wohnung ca nochmal 100qm Terrasse mit allem was man benötigt. Beeindruckend ist das Panorama von der Dachterrasse-herrlicher Blick aufs Meer. Sehr ruhig.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß nicht gut zu erreichen ist etwas abgelegen doch mit dem Auto in 3min erreichbar. Stände schön und sauber. Sowohl öffentliche wie auch Privatstrände. Hundestrand auch in der Nähe. Wir sind mit unserem Grosspudel verreist war alles super.Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Grüße aus Rutesheim
