Private: large, well-kept garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 60 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 900 m, bar 500 m, sandy beach "L'Argentière" 67 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Chateau du Robernier 3.5 km, Chute du Grand Baou 5 km, Rocher et Grotte Cotignac 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 46 km, Carcès 13 km.
