L’appartement de Claudio est très bien situé pour visiter le lac de Côme et ses environs Claudio est charmant, très à l’écoute des besoins de ses locataires Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez lui. Au niveau des équipements de la cuisine, il manquerait un petit four, une essoreuse pour la salade et un bon couteau coupant mais sinon rien à redire

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen atemberaubenden Blick und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, offen und gibt gerne Auskunft bei Fragen. Im Umkreis von 5 Km findet sich alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Badestrände und die Fähre für Ausflüge über den Comer See.

Traumhafte Aussichtslage am Comer See
Nettes kleines Appartement mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet aber die schöne Aussicht und der Pool und auch die schöne Sonnenterrasse sind echte Highlights. Zum Parkplatz muss man allerdings ca 150m gehen.

Nice holiday with an unforgettable view!
We had a nice stay with our four year old daughter! The Appartement is cosy and clean - the view trendemous! Perfect Location to enjoy the beauty of Lake Como! The hosts are very friendly and surprised us with gifts like tiramisu, cake and ice-cream. We still miss the Quietness, the stunning view and the cute dog Apollo! Unfortunately it is not perfect for family with babies, so we will definitely come back, but can not do so before our second daughter is born and can walk steep stairs alone

Sehr nette Vermieter schöne Ferienwohnung alles am Platz und sauber wunderbare Therasse mit Ausblick zum See ruhige Lage richtig zum ausspannen Reisetipps: Supermarkt in Bellano, es gibt viele Wandertouren, Fahrrad fahren am Adda, haben selbst gekochtund die schöne Aussicht genossen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwoh...
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer haben das gesamte Haus liebevoll und hochwertig renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen. Im unteren Bereich befindet sich der Wohn/Essbereich mit einer Küchenzeile.Eine Schlafcouch und ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Über eine Holztreppe gelangt man in das Schlafzimmer mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Bidet ausgestattet. Auch ein Wandföhn ist vorhanden. Alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Im Schlafzimmer sind ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode vorhanden. Alles in einen super Zustand.Absolut fantastisch ist die Dachterrasse, auf der wir uns abends nach den Ausflügen und Märschen hervorragend entspannt haben. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Comer See :–)) Das Vermieter–Paar ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei Fragen und Tipps. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einer traumhaften Landschaft.

Wir wurden von einem sehr symp...
Wir wurden von einem sehr sympathischen, gastfreundlichen Vermieterehepaar empfangen, nebst supersüßen kleinen Hund, ...! Die Wohnung in einem 300 Jahre alten Haus ist im Grunde ein hoher Raum mit Zwischendecke (Unten Küche mit Schlafcouch, obere Etage, wo sich Schlafraum und Bad befinden, alles relativ neu und im besten Zustand. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den See, die man großzügig benutzen darf, ist einfach phantastisch, besonderes am Abend bei einem perfekten Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist ambesten für 2–3Personen geeignet, für 4 Leute wird es echt eng. Zum Baden geht man am besten an den kleinen Strand "Riva di Gittana" mit ruhigem, familiären Flair und chilliger Bar. Zum Einkaufen fährt man nach Bellano. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, absolut empfehlenswert.
