The former Gîte de La Villette has been refurbished and now welcomes you under the name of Chalet d'Albiez. A warm welcome awaits you in this spacious, well-defined gîte. It offers top-of-the-range facilities, from a professional kitchen to outdoor equipment (barbecue, plancha) on a south-facing terrace that invites you to relax. From the charging point for your electric vehicle to the petanque court. The hardest part will be getting home after an exceptional stay!
The former village school, dating from the 19th century, has undergone several phases of renovation to become a spacious gîte with comfortable facilities. In a residential hamlet 1km from the ski slopes, Chalet d'Albiez is set in meadows, facing the famous Aiguilles d'Arves. The 150 m2 wooden terrace is particularly pleasant, as is the cosy living room. The tastefully decorated dining room and the layout of the bedrooms make it an ideal place to gather with family, friends or colleagues.
Individual chalet on 3 levels with private outdoor parking and 150 m2 wooden terrace. Wine cellar, mazot, natural outdoor terrain. Petanque court. Garage for bikes and skis.
