The modern villa offers a truly unique, fascinating experience, not far from the sea, in a quiet area. The heart of the house is the refreshing pool 7.50m x 4.00m, depth 1.50m, which is for your use only. There is a hot tub available by the pool. The villa offers the perfect and relaxing holiday for a maximum of 6 people. The interior area on two floors is lovingly and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with living room, a separate toilet and a fitness room, the stairs lead to the 1st floor, where three bedrooms with comfortable large beds 180cm x 200cm (all with their own balcony with sea views) and three bathrooms dominate. A tumble dryer in the bathroom. There are televisions in all three bedrooms. You have access to the fitness room with television. Another TV outside. You can prepare your favorite dishes on the grill. In the villa there are a total of 6 air conditioners, WiFi internet and satellite TV. Parking for two cars directly in front of the house.
