Great location and accommodations

This home was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are convenient to the living room (so parents can listen for napping children) and far enough away from the game room so that others don't wake anyone taking a nap. The kitchen is large and the dining table provided space for everyone. The sitting room off the master bedroom became the bedroom for our adult son with disabilities (the roll away cot was very comfortable). He can stand and transfer so the accessible bathroom worked very well for him and the ramp into the back door meant we didn't have the danger of managing stairs. Finally, the home's location is only a block from the prom and a short walk to the center of town. The responsive and friendly host made this experience all the more positive. We have nothing negative to say!

What a great property for our stay during the SPOTLIGHT Dance Nationals. Close to Convention center and the “pool” room was a wonderful gathering spot for our Kiddos to celebrate all their trophies. Thank you again.

Great location and lots of space

The location was great. And there was a lot of space for everyone to hangout and sleep. The house is definitely dated and could use a remodel but it worked for us. My main dislike was there was blood stains on our sheets and a pillow and there was only one pool stick that wasn't damaged. But other than that the stay was great.

Veterans Day Getaway

We loved that this part of town is not super busy and that it’s away from the crowds. It a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was just a couple minutes away and not crowded at all. When we reached out to the property managers with questions they replied quickly. The master bathroom was probably our favorite. The boys loved the pool table. They also had sand toys which was nice since we forgot ours. The carpet is a bit dated.

Calvin/Bisbee party

We came to Seaside for a women’s conference. We had family and friend. The home was exactly what we needed. Very clean and spacious. A grandson and his little family came to visit for a few hours, and it was a very comfortable place to interact. The pool table provided some fun entertainment…I hope we can get this home again. Thank you so much!

Great stay with Family from Everett Wa

The property once found was great. There really needs to be an identifiable address on the outside of the house. Only found it because I went inside and saw that the house looked like the pictures. But had a cool outlay, lots of rooms and the kids really had room to run off their energy. The place was great. Would suggest that the door that goes out to the back deck needs to have weather stripping to keep the outside air out. You could see the outside through the door. Kitchen was well stocked and the house had plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. Would come here again with the family!!!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our family! Enough to do to keep both my 13 year old and my 9 year old entertained. It was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do so we were able to walk everywhere. Didn't have to worry about driving and parking. All in all, I give it a 5 out of 5 star rating.

Great Stay & Location

Our family really loved staying here. Beach access is right across the street and the home is very roomy. We especially enjoyed the pool table and spent a lot of time there since the long weekend was very rainy. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and the little downtown area. We will definitely be back for our family vacations in Seaside!

Spring break to the coast

Great location

This is a perfect place to stay for a family gathering. The home is older and needs a few updates like the electrical outlets, but overall a very homey place to relax and enjoy time with family. Location is perfect for walking on the beach or a short 15 minute walk to downtown Seaside. The only big complaints we had was the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. Carpets were dirty, food and garbage under the chairs and couches and the toilets were not cleaned. Disappointed that we had to wipe everything down with clorox wipes before "settling in". Also the beds are not that comfortable. But we loved the pool table on the rainy days.

This is a lovely house to stay in and is close to all the main downtown shopping and dining. We also enjoyed being able to walk the Promenade and having access close by to the beach.

Good Place for beach Lovers ..

Location and neighborhood was amazing , very near to beach. House was nice and spacious. Patio was spacious and play area is good to hang around with friends and kids. House looks little older but its Ok to stay with close friends and family. Over all we ( friends and family ) had nice experience.

Beautiful home

We loved the house. The housekeeper helped us out right away when we locked ourselves out. There was a mix up (on my part) with check out and the owner/manager was very gracious and worked with us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great home for a family reunion!

What a wonderful home - spacious, clean, and just a short walk to the promenade/beach. We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong together, so loved these amenities. We will definitely stay here again when we gather in Seaside!

My son Chris Cate paid for the rental, I only booked it for him with his credit card. All 5 siblings & spouses stayed for birthday trip. Everyone loved the home, and will definitely book again, they all raved about the home and how big and comfortable it was, closed to everything. Our Easter Weekend

We got off to a rocky start by arriving at 10 pm to Seaside. The very first thing I did was lock myself out of the rental. Luckily Sharon had an extra key so we could get in and settled for the night. This place is in a great location and we had a blast!!
